The boy!!! The BOY!!

Sullivan Brown is back in town, and this time he's chatting with a right Grubby Little Mitt, in the form of Rosie "Imagine The Chaos" Nicholls.

Enjoy!

Facts! For that reason, I have banished my couple friends to co-op games or games that demand independence (e.g. Splendor, etc.). But yeah, no more Villainous, Catan, Blood Rage, etc.

Oh by god is that Rosie Nichs!!!

Don Worden

an hour with Rosie and Sully, yes please

PARADOX MEDIA

I feel like I learned more about Brooke in this episode than Sully or Rosie. Lol. "I've eaten too many coffee beans; I feel anxious," is definitely a future Quizzlemania ultrachat.

Stew Sizer

Rosie and Sullivan!!! :D

I saw Grubby Little Mitts in Brighton, if people get a chance go watch it. Ridiculously funny. Edit: I would like a reboot of Football fans footballing football show.

Michael Kessler

Tell Rosie to play Blood on the Clocktower with everbody!

Mr. Samuel Scratch

Love that the first 3/4s of this is "Oh, Rosie's not so twisted and chaotic as she presents on-camera!" and then, suddenly, "WELL GUESS WHAT: I HAVE A QUIZ FOR YOU TOO, SULLIVAN, AND IT'S FUCKING MENTAL!!!"

Mike Hughey

I'm with Rosie and Sully about Betrayal. It's a better idea on paper than in practice. I want to like it, but the first two thirds of it is just... wandering around, without a goal or a purpose, waiting for the good part to start. And then the good part starts and still probably isn't that good.

Davlen

They are very quiet. The music and background is fine, but turn them up a bit. Good podcast overwise.

I feel like I want to defend Brooke's choice of snack. Delicious delicious energy beans.

Helen Kemp

You know what’s similar to Betrayal but waay better? Mansions of Madness!

Helen Kemp

I’m so glad you two feel the same about Betrayal as I do. It’s kind of a good idea, but it’s SO wonky, and SO dependent on people who know what they are doing. It feels like a coin flip whether you’re going to have a good time or not.

My board game etiquette peeve is when you are playing with a couple and one of them deliberately chooses to not target the other out of fear of an argument outside the game, even though it’s the most tactical move. It makes it feel like everyone else is playing against a team of two and it gets annoying when it keeps happening. Me and my partner have a rule, what happens in the game stays in the game, as soon as the game is over, no grudges carry on 😂 Love these podcasts guys, you really are treating us with the content! Hope everyone is keeping well :)

This episode somehow surpassed my expectations, loved the balance between board gaming chat and learning a bit about your backstories through anecdotes. Additionally having VERY recently played GOT board game for the first time I could firmly attest to that sense of dread witnessing players take things way to personal with one another. Not a fan of that I can confirm! Finally the quote of this episode for me had to be when Sully said “The more I talk about Brooke the more it sounds like I’m dating a rodent” I nearly spat my own mouthful of coffee out as a result!

A mailbag! Did I miss how to submit questions?

I would totally listen to a Sully Footballing Football podcast. And I don’t even follow football!

Dradkyn

Sully, I would definitely listen to your football podcast if you ever relaunched it.

Joriss

Didn't realize just how much Brooke gossip (well, is it technically gossip?) I need in my life. More please (if Brooke is cool with that.)

Qu Jee

Please keep the volume at a constant. The non-stop switch from talking to whispering got rather annyoing. Its a podcast; something to listen to while you do another task. I dont want to constantly change volume on my device...

Levana Tse

I like how they forgot to rename the final audio and Rosie's surname is just permanently "Finished". Nice to meet you Rosie Finished, hope you enjoyed the podcast!
