Bynum Mansion 🌹 (Patreon)

Hi everyone! Here is a new build for Willow Creek. It's supposed to be a rental lot, but so it's easier for everyone to use it as they want, I uploaded it as a normal residential lot on the gallery (you can download the tray files for the rental residential version here too if you'd like). If you do want to use it as intended, one of the rooms and bathrooms on the third floor is rented to Emma Shibata. I hope you like the build and households!

Take care and stay safe. 💜

Willow Creek

Bynum Mansion is a quintessential willowcreekian house, and one of the oldest. Since Antoine Bynum bought it many years ago, it has always been the Bynum’s family home. He was a very rich man who ran the city shoe factory and made the town talk by marring a local cabaret singer, Anne Gauthier. Nowadays, it’s home to their great-granddaughter, her husband and their children, grandkids and moody butler. They also rent a room on the third floor to a young aspiring musician.
