As Kade’s search for Cameron meets a dead end, he begins to realize the true meaning of family may have been beside him all along. A violent encounter leaves him hospitalized, and in the quiet that follows, Kade sees just how much Cameron means to him. But while Kade clings to the connection he's built with Cam, tensions flare with Renley, who’s tired of being shut out.

My goodness gracious 😩 1. She’s right to follow her dreams. Staying back for someone else instead of pursuing what you want will always turn into bitterness towards them. If they are meant to be it will all work out. 2. Their relationship made me view Kade in a different light. I am just catching up on his story, but I can see he has the capacity to care about someone else outside of himself. He even put the drink down for his brother! That’s amazing. 3. Cameron urinating in bed is a form of anxiety. Anxiety can manifest due to an unstable environment, and because he comes from an abusive background his father is/will be to blame for Cam’s behavior. Kids just need love, communication, and understanding. The dad is way too hard on Cameron. 4. Baby, I personally wouldn’t be affected by something happening to my ex, but let me find out Kade has some unresolved feelings for Amelia. If he does I’m sure he’s going to let things go with Ren. I just hope he doesn’t turn back to drugs to cope. I wonder how will Connor and the others feel seeing Kade there? 👀

Me personally, I don't believe in long distance because someone will always cheat, so I think Kade will just let her do her modeling career because now he has the person that truly matters to him. I love seeing their growing relationship. They truly need each other because they are all they have. Hopefully the mother will tell Kade everything and they can all come together, but if not, again, at least he now has Cam. It made Cam very obedient in order to try and stay in his fathers good light, however, we've seen just how difficult that was. I think his father is the only person Cam will respect automatically because of what he will do to him. Cam will respect Kade out of love and respect. Not fear. I think this will affect Kade significantly because even though they have gone their separate ways and had their own story, they were still husband and wife. I think now that he lost his girlfriend and possibly his ex wife, he will truly keep Cam as close to him so he doesn't loose him too.

I’m relieved to know Amelia didn’t die!! Thanks for scaring us 😭 but when Kade was in the store getting whiskey, I did have this brief moment where I thought maybe it was the same store where Amelia was shot and he would see it happen. I’m glad he didn’t because he’s been going through enough! He’s gonna give Cameron the best childhood possible, the childhood he didn’t have

Loved this episode, been meaning to write a bit about the characters but struggling to find time to pen all my thoughts down. 1. Honestly, I don't blame her, she's been the last person on Kade's mind since Cameron and his mum showed up (which is understandable). He hasn't really spent quality time or been intimate w/ her, coupled w/ her not getting Cameron on time.... It just wasn't looking good tbh. I feel for her and hope they're able to work things out cause they're really compatible (I loved Kade and Amelia together but I can see Renley keeps him grounded and accountable). Despite this, I really do wonder why Renley didn't call the school to say she'd be late... Like if only she had contacted the school, Cameron would know to wait. He's been abandoned and neglected so she should've known it'll have been a big deal to not show up! Especially on his first day back. It just seemed super negligent on her part. With the distance part, I'm honestly not sure. A part of me thinks as long as they keep a schedule of intentionally seeing each other, they'll work... But with Amelia's condition rn, I fear he has yet another person to be occupied with and with Renley not being there physically, it might strain their relationship. 2. This is the sweetest relationship in this series no lie!!! Like it really gives me butterflies!!! (I obsessed with love and sibling love is just the most innocent yet). Kade knows what it's like having a rough childhood and I just see him trying to redeem the childhood he had by making sure Cameron is cared for and loved in a way he never really had. I think this relationship is so vital for both of them. Cameron has an adult who is not just present but intentional about his wellbeing and Kade has someone to make him be the best version of himself while also making him feel less lonely. From chapter one of Kade's story, he's always struggled with this loneliness and people leaving him so I'm sure Cameron always being around would make him feel less lonely especially with Renley leaving. Omg btw the scene of Renley telling Kade she's moving was just soooo good!!! The slow mo and emotion was just everything!!! 3. Cameron's Dad probably made him feel inferior. He probably never felt safe making a mistake around him. It must've been so bad that he actually went with his negligent mother instead. Urghhhh the man was just doing too much. Someone had mentioned how he probably bed wetted cause of the unfamiliar environment and I agree. Bed wetting especially at a grown kid's age is usually a symptom of something else. I just dunno why Kade's mum is always attracted to abusers; she clearly has some unresolved childhood trauma herself. 4. I KNEW AMELIA DIDN'T DIE BRO! It was all just too random. Despite this, her being in the hospital while her mum just delivered, is a lil too much for the Diaz family. Like urghhhh those folks CANNOT catch a break (comes with the territory I guess😭). Kade will definitely be more present in her life now, especially being in the hospital right at the same time she was admitted. I see him coming to visit often and maybe even telling Cameron about her. This is just drama pending cause I don't see Connor taking it well and maybe them fighting will finally come to light! (Btw Kade legit cannot fight for shit😂, he NEEDS to stop getting into them and bagging bruises). It's all just so interesting cause I wonder what Amelia will think of Kade in his big bro era... Will she admire it? Will she want him back? How will she navigate having Connor and Kade present in her life. Connor will probably come to visit but how do they reconcile after the last things he said to her... So many questions! Either way I see friction with Kade and Connor being present at the same time. Also... Totally unrelated but I'm still wondering the importance of the investigation on Amelia's prof and how it plays into the series...I remembered it from the previous episode and was confused. I'm also wondering if Amelia will also have memory loss😂😂 but that's just wishful thinking. Kade: I'm honestly so happy to witness his story arc! It's one of the most real yet dramatic series in the simmer universe. Like it touches on so much real life topics that you just can't ignore it. I wonder if and when his mum will tell him what she's really been up to. I also wonder if he'd force her into rehab like he did Samara. Right now I don't think he cares enough about her just yet to see it through. I felt like the second time he went to chat to her; it had more to do with him than to do with Cameron... It seemed the kid in him missed her but was also confused on why she legit left him. Renley: she's honestly tried for Kade's character and the shit he has going on. She's kept him grounded and genuinely seems like her life is drama free. I'm excited for her new adventure in Atlanta tbh cause she is a baddie and she needs to maximize her potential. Is it crazy that I'm hoping for her and Ryan to have a potential cross over😅, I mean they are both in the model industry. That being said I feel she's been a bit aloof since Cameron has been around....I just don't feel intentionality from her end in regards to him. I mean that is Kade's baby bro, why isn't she invested... Like it mostly poses like it's either a me or him vibes going on. Samara: I'm glad she's getting the help she needs! Kevin really came through for Kade (I admire their relationship fr) Like still can't believe she let Allen use her like that, that man was just evil. I wonder what happened to him... Did he die or was he just warned to leave the city and never return. Hope he died cause that man will never let things go. Also wondering how the agency just kept running without him😅 like what do the employees think happened to him (these are just random thoughts I have lol). Can't wait to see what role Samara plays when she's clean again. Liz: bruh Liz is actually crazy for leaving Ricky and Lucas! Like that's your family bro.... Especially being left as a child she of all people should know how horrible a toddler must feel without his mum. I'm so glad that Ricky called her out cause it seems she would have continued that house hopping lifestyle if not reprimanded. It's unfortunate that she had that childhood but she has a chance at redemption now with Ricky and Lucas, I really hope she doesn't mess it up. Ricky really loves her and caters to her, I honestly dunno what else she's looking for 😭. Amelia: it's crazy cause we legit bid this character farewell earlier in this season but it appears she's making a comeback... With this accident, Kade, Ricky and Liz will be devastated so I see her getting integrated once again...I dunno how her character will tie into things but I'm just sure there may be friction on Kade's part especially in regards to Renley. Like I don't see Kade nor Amelia intentionally trying to start shit but there's such a strong attraction between them that both Connor and Renley will not like this reconnection. Also random but can't wait to see Mark and April bro... It's been way too long without them, guessing they'd come and visit her in the hospital

Haha yep, Kade does not know how to fight but it's the heart that counts 🤣🥹❤️. We adore Kade and Cams relationship as well and can't wait to see what this duo becomes!
