Regarding the latest update (Patreon)

Hot damn did that generate some drama.

Well, I expected some people to get heated, but that was quite a bit more than I was expecting. In light of that, this update is going to be held from the public until both parts are ready. Also, I've cleared off my schedule to get the next part out ASAP so you aren't all biting your nails for a week. Sorry about that. If I knew how big of a splash that was going to make, I would have waited until I had both parts ready. With the power of Everclear and Redbull, I'm already 1000 words into the next update. Hang tight.

Make sure to pace yourself! Please don't burn yourself out on our account, we'll be happy for the next chapter, but not at the expense of yourself! Keep up the great work, this is one of the best fanfics on the internet imo

Hope Brendan doesn't run off just because it would impact heavily the prof Birch and Lee dynamic. One of the reasons I like this story is the interesting mythos behind the vulpix line and how other pokemon are presented and justified scientifically or mystically. I just believe there is enough angst with Lee and his problems and their pokemons relationships to add more. Nevertheless thanks for the update.
