Before you go, please take a minute to read the following so we can make sure this works!

- I aim to make 1 video per month. However this isn't a strict and fast rule. Sometimes I make more than 1, and sometimes, if I'm working on a particularly intensive video, I might only publish it a few days into the following month. I work really hard at this, but I try not to let deadlines enslave me as it can take away the pleasure of doing this work and it doesn't always lead to the best results anwyay. I believe quality is more important than quantity.

- Patrons are charged on a monthly basis on the anniversary of when you signed up. So for example, if you signed up on the 5th of January, your next payment will be on the 5th of February. Unless of course you opted to pay for a whole year in advance (thank you), in which case you will be billed in January of the following year.

Either way, you will not be charged per video; so even if I do post 2 videos in one month, you still only pay the same amount. This makes it easier for everyone to know how much they're chipping in each month/year. Yay!

- Important: if Patreon is unable to bill you for your next payment, your pledge will be "Declined". Patreon will ask you to resolve the matter. But as long as your pledge is declined, I don't get paid... and you won't see any of my posts.

Normally, declined payments resolve themselves. So please be patient. However, if your payment is still being declined after 2 weeks, there might be an issue that requires you to resolve it. eg. expired card, insufficient funds on your card/PayPal account, etc. If your payment is declined you'll receive an automatic message from me with help on how to resolve it.

- You can reduce, increase or cancel your pledge at any time: just go to patreon.com/pledges to manage your pledge. We don't want anyone overstretching themselves.

- We don't have "free" memberships. If you change your membership from a paying membership to a "free" membership, you won't receive any notifications from us or be able to view new posts. Our videos are already available for free to everyone on our YouTube channel. So this place is just for people who wish to support us to make the work; and have a more personal connection with us and our creative process.
