Dear PatronsHere is the audio preview of the latest Honest Government Ad!This one took a little longer to make and I'm still editing it, so we'll miss the end of month deadline (not that we let deadlines worry us too much, here at the Department of Trying to Live a Somewhat Balanced Family Life Whilst Making YouTube Videos) The video should be out in the first few days of June. Because of that, I am sharing this preview with all our Patrons, not just the Preview Club, so that everyone gets some Juice in May. As always, you're the first ones to hear it: so if you have any feedback, please let me know. (Insert usual disclaimer that some things will make more sense when you can see the visuals).Oh and I haven't come up with an Authorised-by line yet... so if you think of a good one, let me know. Bonus points if it's a Dune reference. We (Germany) have had a new government for a year now and recently the secretary of economic affairs blamed the economic crisis on our energy transformation so now we are halting renewable energies and will build more gas and nuclear plants. Who cares about the environment when government posts are in danger?

Great work - government have become overseas agents. In the past colonials sailed across the seas, forcibly occupied and exploited all the natural resources and indigenous peoples. No need to do that today, government have an easier approach, they're inviting multi national corporation 'hit and runs' - come over and take whatever is left - then quietly disappear leaving behind a mess of ecological and environmental devastation.

Agreed: "so beautiful you'll shit your pants" doesn't track. Superlative beauty would call forth awe, not fear. We expect that sequence, so the mind balks at the other and gets confused. Now it's trying to figure out what you really mean and has stopped following the narrative. Feels like a speed bump we didn't see and hit too fast; now we feel rattled and angry--at the speed bump and the people who put it there. I would consider an alternative.

Thanks Param. we've filmed it already so we can't change it. But I'll see what we can do to make it clearer. This is one of those lines that will make more sense with the visuals.
