Dear PatronsHere's the preview of our new Honest Government Ad - the first new HGA of season 2!Sorry for the wait. We've all been sick here - winter came on like a freight train this year. And I've been getting the computer fixed (thanks Amel!) and the website revamped (thanks Dirk!); and the podcast set up and launched (thanks Drew and Mikael)But we're back on deck now!And I thought it would be cool to kick off season 2 by revisiting and revamping our very first Honest Government Ad - Visit Australia, which we made all the way back in May 2016.Much has changed since then (and much hasn't... namely, the Government), so I thought this would be a nice way to mark this occasion and set the tone for the Honest Government Ads to come.As always I welcome your feedback - so if you have any thoughts you want to share while I edit the video, let me know in the comments. I'm also taking suggestions for the "Authorised By" message at the end!Catch you in a few days when the video is ready to publish!GiordanoPS. Well done team, another amazingly insightful reflection of the state applied in our totally fucked up country. I know that this is something that you have repeatedly agent in honest government ads, but don't forget the fuck over of the refugees that is still occurring up in Manaus and Nehru and the fact that the PNG government will soon be taking over control of those centres. That indicates to me that they're not going to be closing in the short-term.

I agree, really need clean version of the videos (done cleverly to maintain impact) so they can be shared much more widely. This is the best political/social/eco commentary in the country and very limited to where I can share!

Really great news......many thanks!! I know it is a bit like asking Tom Gleeson not to swear during his Logie appearance but have so many places we can share these around as PG versions. Just a thought which may/may not be planned is to write a clean adaption of future scripts so you can shoot/edit a PG version?

Full of truth as always. Time to take aim a local government too. Today announced that 15% of every dollar gets put back into services 85% is spent on governance and not very good governance at that. Australia what a shit hole where tax payers get raped by government at every level. Talk about shitfuckery.
