2022 (Patreon)

Dear Patrons

Thank you sincerely for all your support during this challenging year, and all the very best to you and your families for the one about to start.

I am writing this post on a pit stop en-route to Luca and Juno’s first camping trip, something we haven’t been able to do with them due to lockdowns.

They are beautifully hopeful for their future, and they inspire us to work as hard as we can to fight for it.

Here’s a pic of them smashing an icecream 🍦🍦😅

I was hoping to publish a final end of year video to share some bloopers and behind the scenes footage I collected over the course of the hear - a tradition i’ve managed to follow for the past 5 years. But this year had the upper hand in the end, and I just didn’t manage to do it before the end of 2021. I plan to publish it when I manage to put the finishing touches to it. But for now, we are just going to eat icecream, pitch tents and build sand castles.

We’ll be taking a short break in January to have some family time, and to recharge ahead of the election season here in Australia, sometime during the first half 2022. It’s a hugely consequential election, especially for climate politics - so I want to make sure we’re ready to do the best we can to counter the shitfuckery and help get rid of this government.

We are living through crazy, intense times. So I hope you too find some time for family and a bit of selfcare as we head into 2022.

Normally I would say “happy new year” - but we all know things are going to keep getting crazier - so i’ll just say, good luck for the new year ahead - stay safe and (after a rest) please keep up the good work you are doing. It really matters 👊

We’ll be back soon in full force.

Until then, from all of us here at the Juice Media — take care

Giordano, Lucy, Ellen, Zoë, Luca & Juno
