I would criticize Rachel for talking to Joe when she doesn't even like him, but I once started sponsoring a Patreon at the 5 euro-level just so I could feel more justified in being silently irritated with the creator for being constantly late with her new chapters. Please note "silently"; I didn't get on her case about it or tell her off or anything. I kept quiet. I just wanted to get rid of the discrepancy (if that's the word) between my irritation at her late chapters and my knowledge that I wasn't owed anything.

Yeah she doesn’t strike me as someone particularly happy with the world or herself. I’ve been there and I get it but following people around who are actively trying to change telling them it’s impossible puts her on the same level as Mary to me in a lot of ways.
