Visually, I like the way the solo panels of Joyce and Becky are arranged around the central panel showing their colloquy. The fact that the conversation is between these two was previously established; the central panel helps the pivot between Joyce talking and Becky talking, as Becky's expression remains almost constant over the three central panels. As other commenters have noted, Joyce is not being truthful in the last panel: she is looking off to the side.
