Minzoku Bokumetsu

*names literally anyone other than Carla or Charlie* "who dat"

Joe360

Leslie before Robin, obviously.

Logibear

Becky should run for President... and not just because it would be funny to see Dorothy melt down. But because she does actually have genuine leadership qualities.

Harold

"Wait, is Robin the one with the jugs?"

Logibear

"No that's Joyce when she's showering"

Lazuli

leslie first, then robin

Astariel

Is Carla feeling okay in panel 2? Cause it sounds likes she's downplaying her contribution to something.

GundamBradley

Obviously, the issue with Ruttech is still an issue, but... smoke 'em if you've got 'em. Cash in the privilege when you can do good with it.

Edwin I Callahan

If any DOA character would be presidential material in real life, my money would be on Becky.

Fart Captor

She feels bad about the bad stuff her parents' company was (and I'm pretty sure still is) involved in. She's so messed up she's acting humble

Sajuuk-Khar

Robin is the one that Raidah thinks she can use for clout, obviously

Becky continues to be a smooth political operator. Excellent choice of major, young money.

@Logibear Re: "when she's showering" (/All in earshot avoid eye contact, sip tea, wait for the subject to change)

AE Gonzalez

She learned a surprising amount working for Robin.

Edwin I Callahan

Becky, like anyone else, can’t run for President until she’s 35. Given the sliding time scale of DOA, I’m not sure which would come first: Becky’s B-day or the heat death of the universe.

Tessea

Awww! Look at Becky helping out her new moms. And Carla's helping, too? I'm actually a little surprised, there. Becky seems to be giving outright instructions and Carla's willingly going along with them.

SomeKindaNerd

I'm sure she'd know Booster by name, if only because of their connection to Charlie.

SomeKindaNerd

Becky is pouring out all her pent-up angst over Dina into productivity and justice.

“When your enemy is making a mistake, let this continue” -Sun Tzu, approximately

It’s also downplaying in a Carla-consistent “Aw shucks, it’s easy on account of I’m just so darn good at it” way.

Shane Wegner

@SKN I’d take that bet Carla doesn’t remember Booster. Partly because that would be funnier.

Simon Magid

Becky is on the case. Be afraid, fashies. Be very afraid. I love her expression in panel five. Also the way she tells Carla to get Leslie's appeal fast tracked. That is her giving an order, and notice that Carla isn't even questioning it. ...well, except to find out who Robin is. But that is actually understandable. It is a person who isn't either Charlie or Carla.

Harold

One question: I assumed that Leslie's and Robin's bans from campus meant that they were also suspended from teaching their classes, remotely or otherwise. Are Carla and Becky helping Les exploit a loophole? Or are they engaged in guerrilla activity by doing this? Either way, more power to them.

Tim Starliper

I don't recall an explicit ban on teaching, but the ban from campus is an effective ban on teaching. I would lean on the side of loophole, myself. Doesn't matter - rock on, Becky and Carla. Rock on.

PigmyWurm

Becky's not running for president, Becky is going the be the person you hire when you want to run for president, and then maybe make them your chief of staff.
