One of the problems of having a .... five month buffer is when you don't use a strip by the time the strip catches up to that point, you forget you have an unused strip to share!  I have a bunch backlogged, but here's one of them today.

Booster almost showed up at this part of the previous storyline, but they were a little TOO savvy, I think, or maybe this fed into a subsequent strip that was too savvy, I don't remember exactly, this was a long time ago.  But they showed up later in a different way instead.

I really love Booster. 😂

The problem with me and Booster is that this week as I walking my dog I started talking exactly like this for why I should take a picture of the 20ft Home Depot Skeleton someone had put out in my neighbourhood that had a smaller skeleton on its shoulder.

Booster is entirely TOO savvy, further reinforcing my headcanon that they're the DoA version of the PBR.

Think of them as The Question. "Have you been going through my trash?" "Don't be ridiculous. I go through everyone's trash."

Seth Aaron Hershman has they/she pronouns

This is probably a little too savvy, if only because it seems like less like actual psychoanalysis than Booster complimenting the author on their (admittedly excellent) use of visual metaphor.

honestly i came up with it after the fact, it was total accident

and now that i think about it, i think the subsequent strip was walky calling them a soothsayer and booster saying "actually sometimes i just make observations that work by accident" and THAT is when this thread was derailed and i ended up starting from scratch

you also did the "cast enough lines you catch a fish" thing with mike finding out sal was boning jason back in the day, probably best not to invite the comparison

This is cool. I never made the connection between Booster and Power Booster Rod.

Giant pile of snow, how I missed you
