Pickles, as far as I know, none of the actors EXCEPT Warwick Davis appear in any of the Leprechaun sequels.

This one is dumb goofy fun. It reminds me a lot of Killer Klowns from Outer Space, where it's a ridiculous premise and they're just having fun with it. Leprechauns are tricksters in Irish lore, so it's slightly accurate. It's basically a different leprechaun played by Warwick Davis and a different story every time. There's actually like 7 sequels, so it'd be cool to see an annual Leprechaun reaction every Saint Patrick's Day.

Also, you're not wrong about there being a lot of ADR lines. Oddly enough, Leprechaun started out as a kid friendly horror film. However, the producers pointed out that it would work better as just a straight horror film, and thus additional scenes were shot to up the gore and horror. Including doing a lot of ADR work. After all that, a horror franchise was born and the rest is history.

If you enjoyed Leprechaun, another I'd suggest is the 1997 dark fantasy horror movie Wishmaster. Its about a djinn, an evil genie who is released from a jewel and kills people by twisting wishes he grants people.
