For "gone off the rails" you will have to wait for Part 8 or Part 9 or Part X, depending on where you consider the rails to be.

I was 13 when I saw this in the theatre — with my MOM! She loved a good slasher! And I was her horror movie besty; nobody else in the family wanted to see scary movies. 🤓 Final Chapter competes with Part 2 as my favorite depending on my mood. Part 7 (The New Blood) sometimes tries to knife its way in between them. 😎 Great reaction as always, Kat. And yes, you bloody called a ton in this one. Still, it could’ve used more boobs. 👀

The entire Friday the 13th series is like comfort food to me, particularly the first four. I grew up in the 70s and 80s and each of the first four scared the hell out of me when I first watched them. Now I have them all on blu ray, as well as streaming and digital copies, and I’ve watched them each about twenty times. And I’ve enjoyed them every time. Very much looking forward to Kat’s reaction (and hoping her Friday journey continues at least as far as Manhattan).

This series went off the rails with part 5 and didn't return to good until Freddy vs Jason and the Remake So there was an Alternative Ending that was never used the audio is long gone but you have commentary by the director and Trish enjoy! https://youtu.be/fieqNH_Lm14?si=jIFcpkBB0hLr6tpF

"She's gonna hack this guy up like, like a...something that gets hacked!" Classic Kat! So funny.
