Yay! Such a good movie I'm excited to watch it with you

Izanne

Awe man I love this movie, Andrew Garfield is wonderful.

Amazing reaction as always Kat! They actually toned down some of the heroic actions Desmond Doss did in real life for this movie because they feared the audience would think it wasn't believable! 🤯 By chance have you seen the war movie called "Fury" ? That is another amazing war film with a stacked cast that I think you would love! You should check it out

Chris Ryan

Best war movie hands down. Such a phenomenal movie and performance by Andrew. He is criminally underrated and under appreciated as an actor!

Thanks for the grand choice. I certainly hope that you brough enough Tissues for everyone. Yes a true story of just one of our legendry Hero's of WW2 . After the War , even the Enemy Testified he had his own personal Guardian Angel. Another Patron suggested ''Fury'' a must see with Brad Pitt.

Chris Ryan

Unbroken is another phenomenal war movie directed by Angelina Jolie I would recommend if you haven’t seen it.

Kat can watch the most crazy gore without looking away but needles send her over the edge, lol.

The gun you asked about is a M3 "Grease gun" known by that nickname because of the funky shape that caught your eye. It was a cheap and easy to produce submachine gun that shot 45 ACP. Basically only good for close quarters combat like trench warfare and urban assaults.

I agree that this movie was robbed at the Oscars. It's well known that the Academy doesn't like Mel Gibson for some of his past comments and outspoken political beliefs.

Amazing reaction Kat! If you haven't already check out Band Of Brothers and Saving Private Ryan. Great Books great series and movie.
