Your Next Shein Try on Haul Could Be Your Last

Ever wanted to try on some of the ridiculously priced merch at e-commerce site Shein? Well be careful, because it could be your last. This fast fashion brand is not only bad for the environment, human rights and indie designers, but also, potentially, your health. Watch this episode of China Uncensored for Shein's connections to China, how it has ripped off indie designers, and how its business model puts legit companies at risk. Since it unfortunately seems likely that another global recession on the scale of the one back in 2008 is on the horizon, how well do you think the Chinese economy as it stands will weather the coming storm? And what do you think the CCP would do to try to take advantage of such a recession?

Tony Chopkoski

No global recession on the way. And China has enough problems with over extended towns run by idiots ready to go broke. And China, ever the errant fool, who can't wait to take over the World is getting hyper-aggressive against...tiny countries in the South China Sea. Not long before they make a mistake and either back down and run...or take licking.

Tony Chopkoski

Ah, the latest fabric is extremely cheap and falls apart on many of the Chinese websites. And wow, it started in North Brunswick, NJ? I worked out of there with a Taiwanese guy (who also had a Taiwanese Rest) getting scrap together to sell to China 25 years ago. Funny...but this was a front to be sure. Really nice, good and showing the evil that is China report!!!!

Chris, is there a particular fashion style from the Tang dynasty era that you like the most?

Greg

Great reporting and explaining why this is so detrimental to businesses large and small Chris! What can be done to bring more light and focused on this issue???
