How common is it for CCP soldiers and sailors to die in as a result of accidents or tofu-dreg equipment?

Greg

I was confused by the reports on this sub. It was allegedly a nuclear sub. I would assume it was nuclear powered, not nuclear armed, yet they supposedly died when their battery power died out and could no longer operate their life support. Was this sub nuclear armed or powered?

I was the Chinese People's Liberation Army Navy nuclear submarine 093-417. There was one survivor a diver went out to try an free the sub from the cable and chain entanglement he managed to surface and was rescued. In the meantime the rest of the crew was suffocated by a faulty oxygen generation system and this sub had no toxic gas sensors or alarms.

They have no nuclear powered subs....as to anything nuclear in weaponry....probably nothing.
