Leslie Nielsen didn't do comedies until Airplane! (1980). If you want to see him really young try watching Forbidden Planet (1956).

You also saw Ernest Borgnine in The Dirty Dozen as the older General Worden.

Mr. Ackers was played by Roddy McDowell who played Cornelius in 'Planet of the Apes', and my favorite Shelly Winters role is in 'Pete's Dragon' (1977).

Chicago Artist Jon

Twister wasn't the greatest movie overall, but it might be interesting if you know nothing about tornadoes. Plus there is one particular scene involving a farm animal that you will love. And it HAS actually happened.

I had the privelage of meeting Ernest Borgnine in his later years. One of the nicest men you'll ever meet. Got to talk with him and it'll be a memory I'll always cherish.

I would have loved to have met Ernest Borgnine, where did you meet him? I had a chance to meet him, but could not make it, then he passed away, I always regret not being able to meet him that day.
