As always, I was extremely entertained, with a caveat, not one butt or poop reference. Is she a fish now? How is that a logical conclusion? Well, it is Dawn, after all, and her logic defies the laws the rest of us mere mortals have to adhere to. We are not worthy! 🤨

Dawn, I hope you guys consider Alan Cummings a national treasure- and Brian Cox for that matter. They are brilliant. That opening scene with Nightcrawler blew us all away when we first saw it. One of the greatest character introductions ever. His daily makeup application took 4 hours, and the makeup for his shirtless scene took 9 hours. I imagine Rebecca Romijn's took twice as long. (Oh to have had that job!!!) Alan studied the comic book illustrations to learn the characters poses for the motion capture. Cummings also speaks fluent German, so you guys can chat in 3 dialects while he's giving you teleportation bosies. 😀

X2 was my favorite one of the original trilogy. I remember seeing this in the theater and the ending with Jean Grey we all know what was coming, at least all the comic book fans and it got us excited. The beginning to me was amazing first seeing the Nightcrawler come to life on film was so thrilling to me. I had wish Lady Deathstrike had not died, I did meet Kelly Hu who played her last year, she was great.

Dawn, Bobby's parents just came home to find strange people in their house and their son announces that he's a mutant. you have to give them more than 1 minute to adjust. They never said they didn't want him or didn't love him. They were a little startled and confused. All they know is the reports on the tv news about the "dangerous mutants". They've never encountered one before.
