I'm glad you enjoyed Solo, Dawn. Truly! This certainly isn't the worst film I've ever seen by a long shot! Like you said, it has its ups and downs but it's okay(not great). It's Boycott aside, my main grief with Solo was they mis-cast Han. Alden did his best Harrison Ford impression. They even hired an acting coach to assist his performance. No shit! But unless Han was 15 yrs old(which means he was 12 when he left Qi'ra at the start) & a late AF bloomer, he's too short to be a believable young Harrison Ford to me. There was another actor who resembled Harrison Ford closer in size & looks. Harrison even endorsed him but he didn't get the role. Once I finally saw this movie, I liked the fun ride it takes you on but Alden's Han reminds me more of Christian Slater's Jack Nicholson impressions more than a young Harrison Ford. All in all, it was fun seeing your reactions, Dawn. Yeah, just watch the Anti Trilogy and decide for yourself if you like it. I may not like watching it again but YOUR reactions as a new fan Star Wars are truly captivating. Your perspective will be welcome on it. Fantastic watch vid! Your enthusiasm is as lovely as you are, Dawn. Cheers! :)

I’m glad you held your “Best movie ever!” capper back for this particular movie. Otherwise the expression just looses all meaning and integrity.

You pretty much nailed it Dawn, good but not great. The actor you asked about is Woody Harrelson who most people recognize from the TV show Cheers, but he has had a lengthy movie career. Wish they would have incorporated more Star Wars characters into the mix besides the cameos we got. I think you'll enjoy Star Wars Ep 7-9. No, not as good as the original trilogy but still worth the watch to complete the series. Feel better!!

Simon

Nice one. Yes, it's a fun romp but agreed it's not earth shattering. It did remind me though - you loved the droid in this, and you lived the doors in Rogue One. He was played by Wash from Firefly. I'm looking forward to you doing the next trilogy! Oh yes, and Danerys will pop up again in your Terminator journey...

Bernie Zwicky

I’m not sure if you want to do a Star Wars Series, but you might enjoy Mandalorian, since it centers around a baby Yoda, who you really seem to like ❤️
