Welcome to the Mastodon community!

Hello and thank you for joining our mission to build a more humane internet!

Your support means everything to us. We're not backed by venture capital or billionaire owners—we're funded by people like you who believe that social media should serve human connection, not corporate profits.

Here's what happens next:

• You'll receive development updates and access to preview versions of our iOS and Android apps

• You'll have access to our Discord community to see a little more behind the scenes

• You'll receive quarterly impact reports showing exactly how your contribution helps

Important: Your support enables ongoing work, not just one-time goals. Every month, your contribution helps us hire talented developers, invest in trust & safety, and keep building technology that puts people first. As we work toward our goal of €5 million in annual funding, every contribution matters for the long-term sustainability of a community-owned social web.

For sponsors with website recognition:

If you've joined a tier that includes sponsor page listing, we'll use your Patreon name unless you message us with specific details. For higher tiers, please send us your preferred name, logo, and URL for the sponsors page. Updates happen periodically throughout the month.

Getting started:
