I think you have mentioned video gaming before. If you game, you need to play Detroit Become Human. The game truly has an astounding number of branching endings and deals with AI sentience. Tremendous score too. I know how much you love a good score.

the foundation series by Isaac Asimov is great you would like it. there is an apple show about it that is not totally accurate to the books but pretty decent.

i mean, certainly more than they were, and i think to the extent that you can translate that retro future style it will pay huge dividends if done correctly. i do like the emperor stuff though.
