Finally watching this raunchy classic -- another one-crazy-night with best buddies Michael Cera and Jonah Hill. I dug the 70's funk music and the raunch factor of 100 😆😆 What other raunchy comedies should we check out?Note: This is the unrated version with runtime: 1:58:40

Yessss!!! I’ve been waiting a long time for Jen to watch this comedy classic 🔥 and to finally meet the GOAT himself McLovin

Tom W.

I saw this movie once. I had no idea it was basically a gay romance story. Weird marketing around this one.

Rob Nichols

Raunchy comedy: Porky's (1981).

When it's 2 best friends it's called a bromance 😂 I loved their friendship!!

HAHAHAHAHA 😁

The Inbetweeners, please. :D UK, four series. Then two movies. Ridiculously funny & cringe is off the charts but often sweet and touching too. Fyi, it's only raunchy with language, originally in the UK, it was broadcast on terrestrial TV.

Drew

Arrested Development (AD) and Twilight Zone are my all-time favorite TV shows, so agree that you need to see AD at some point (it was also Michael Cera's breakout role, several years before Superbad). 40-Year Old Virgin is the raunchy comedy I'd most recommend. Thanks for the fun reaction - always great to hear your laugh.

Never seen this but your thumbnail tells me it's going to be a fun one 😀 Sunday funday it is

To answer a few of your questions, with my personnal opinions: Arrested Development IS a MUST WATCH, one of the funniest comedy series I've seen 40 year old Virgin is the first time I noticed Seth Rogen outside of TV series, As for Jonah Hill, I liked him in small second roles in Knocked Up and Forgetting Sarah Marshall. All movies you should watch if you haven't already. As for Michael Cera, he was still a kid in Arrested Development and his best movies for me are Scott Pilgrim and Youth in Revolt. All of them are in This is the end which you also must definetly must watch. And for Raunchy comedies, it does not get better than the four American Pie films

Yann Laliberte

This is such un underrated comedy. Wasn't exepecting anything good but it became one of my go to film when I want to watch a comedy

Yann Laliberte

Fun thing about this movie: Jonah Hill hated Chris Mintz Plasse in auditions and told Rogen and other producers not to get him. And they basically hired him because of that.

I occasionally watched Arrested Development when it originally aired but haven't seen all of them, I'll definitely be interested in checking them out with reactions

Jen, if you liked this movie, you should watch "Take Me Home Tonight" (2011) It's not a wellknown film and has average ratings but if you liked Superbad, you'll probably enjoy it. You should also watch "This is The End" with a cast similar to Superbad, including Hill, Rogan, and including James Fanco, Rhianna, Emma Watson and a host of others.

AJ Lynch

A good movie you should watch that is over a night is The Night Before. It's a Christmas movie.

Andrew Roach

Please do versions of movies that are readily available. I cannot find this extended version on Youtube, Netflix or Prime!

Andrew Roach

My apologies. The catch is that for whatever reason it is not available on my Amazon prime here in Canada, but that is certainly not your fault.

Collinson

It's a no win situation in the US and Canada a lot of films on streaming are theatre versions but in Europe a lot of films the extended is the standard streamed every where. There's no way to make everyone happy. All I'll say is you might have to learn to sail the high seas to find the right version Arrr me matey.

Lee R.

Yes, I second this one! Need to add Revenge of the Nerds too, another old school classic

Noremac

I usually hate coming-of-age movies, but there are some pretty good bits in this.

SJ Lute

So glad I'm on your Patreon. I can only imagine how much hacking and slashing had to happen to put this on YouTube!!

Late to the party, that was a really hilarious reaction. 😂😂😂 Bachelor Party is an 80s Tom Hanks comedy, mildly raunchy for its time, it's still pretty funny. Madcap. One of the cops, Bill Hadar, is the lead in a *must-see* HBO hitman/crime/black comedy. It's called 'Barry'. 98% rating on RT. It's pretty violent but also very hilarious and touching. Ran for 4 seasons & concluded. Copy-pasted; ..the series stars Hader as Barry Berkman, a depressed hitman who joins an acting class while hunting a target, and begins to question his path in life. A solid, more serious, Jonah Hill recommendation is War Dogs (2016). A black comedy/crime film about arms dealers.
