**** VOTE FOR ALL YOU WOULD WATCH A REACTION TO!! **** I may watch more than top choice if others get lots of votes! If they ALL get lots of votes maybe I'll watch them all muahahhaah 😂😱Movies not chosen doesn't mean they will never be watched. They are still on my to-watch list so make sure you go upvote them on MOVIE REQUEST SITE

** How did I make this poll? I went to my Movie Request Site, filtered 'Genre' drop down menu to 'Horror' and chose top voted (except for Army of Darkness because I haven't seen the first 2 yet and The Walking Dead S1 because I'm just interested in watching it)

If having issues voting - open the actual poll post, sometimes you can't vote just on the feed. If issues voting on mobile app-- try desktop!

Dylan

That’s an excellent list. I’m voting for all of them and which ever one wins I’m excited for the reaction 🔥

Brian Leonard

Gremlins 2 is easy for me. I have no interest in any of the other movies.

mikethemotormouth

Yes, TWD should be seen at some point. I don't think it's a good fit for spooky season. It was said plenty of times as the show was airing. It's not a zombie show, it's a drama featuring zombies(even though they explicitly never once refer to them as zombies)

Rayna Storie

Oh my God please please Gremlins 2 that movie is the best, Way better than Gremlins one in my opinion Even though the first Gremlins was good movie

thansen

Fright Night, way way better than Stoker's Dracula 1992. The Birds a close second. And then The Others. No more zombies for a long long time.

mikethemotormouth

Fair warning for Gremlins 2: there's one bad part(at least for Jen). Good news is it doesn't last very long.

Byrd N. Hand

I'll take a double dose of Dante with a side of Hitchcock, please.

Christian Rennie

W-w-w-w-wait... you haven't seen the 'Burbs?! I really hope we get to it. I love the comedic/horror movies. Also, Fright Night. So those were my two picks. House 2: The Second Story (1987) would also be on my campy horror movies list (no need to see the first one, kinda an anthology). Monster Squad (1987) too is like Goonies meets monsters. But i guess Bram Stoker's Dracula is ok for the win.... it is kinda like one of those "so bad it's good" movies.

Tyrone Tyrone

🤔That's a lot of monster choices? I wonder if they aren't a subconscious shot at the little ones.😆

Stefan Loferer

Wow, never thought you might consider TWD. That would be awesome imho. My other highlights of this list are definitely The Birds, The Others and Evil Dead.👍😁

Brian's Dog

The list stacked, but I did choose The 'Burbs and Gremlins 2. Joe Dante!

Banes

What a list! So many I would love to see on the channel!

Amarant Coral

I'm in for 28 Days Later and Bram Stokers Dracula. Shocked to see 28 Days Later performing so poorly. It's top 50 on the movie site.

Banes

Blasphemy! x)

Tyrone Tyrone

Although there are a couple of good choices, The Walking Dead Season 1 Eps 1-6 is almost a culture must. I cast all my votes for The Walking Dead Season 1 Eps 1-6

Summer

I suppose Garfield’s halloween wouldn’t be scary enough

rubberkidney

unless youre scared of...candy candy candy....

John Courtright

Although not on the list, The Witch (2015) is the one to watch.

rubberkidney

obviously the choice is evil dead. but you have to do the full commit or you wont get the evil dead experience. evil dead 1 is cool. evil dead 2 is basically like a weird kinda remake of evil dead 1. and army of darkness brings it all together. then you can watch the show. thats a full october right there.

Arthur 'Two Sheds' Jackson

I just WISH we could move forward with the sequels (Friday the 13th Part 2, Scream 2, Final Destination 2) 😄

Bammer

Honestly, Gremlins 2 is not so scary. It's more comedic than anything.

mikethemotormouth

It's nearly completely comedy, except for that one part 🕷️

Clay F

My top 2 choices = *BS Dracula (1992) *28 Days Later (2002). I also voted The Birds (1963) + The Others (2002). I did not vote The Evil Dead (1981) but won't mind it winning. Get's good reviews. Oddly, I couldn't get into The Walking Dead. Maybe if I gave it another chance. THE EXPANSE (6 seasons) (62 episodes) (start Nov 23, 2015). An excellent sci-fi series I think Jen would like is the popular "The Expanse" (2015) [IMDb 8.5, RT 95%, IGN 9/10] - has 50 votes at Movie Request Site. By far, one of the better relatively newer sci-fi series.

Clay F

That's my top 2

R. Chang

That's true, but I do love it.

Summer

Thats the best part 😹😹😹

Geoff S.

The Others is a MUST watch!

Amarant Coral

Would love to see some Danny Boyle films make it to the channel someday. Super underrated director.

Jason Scade

TWD S1 is by Frank Darabont. ♥ The world's #1 director of Stephen King prison-based dramas. 🐁

Clay F

I voted for The Others. Currently a respectable 5th place.

Paul Grodt

Ya Gotta watch The Burbs. It's a classic Tom Hanks flick. It was back when he made zany comedies, and not just stuff that makes everyone cry.

Major Peril

Great list! I'd watch reactions to ALL here. 😳 Hope this is just the start of Scaries polls 'cause this is not enough to get us through the season. Muahahhaah !

Happy Hanukkah

"I'll watch them all muahahhaah" Now *this* is scary. Some impostor has replaced our beloved Jen! She would never laugh like this, but rather: "muahahhaah [wheeze]". :-)

Happy Hanukkah

"except for Army of Darkness" I don't necessarily agree. Army of Darkness is perfectly enjoyable as a standalone movie. The fact it has twice as many votes as the first two Evil Deads combined seems to support that. That said, if you have already decided that you *will* watch the Evil Deads, it would be silly to do so out of order. Not to mention that my point is currently moot.

Jason Scade

🎵 Strangers in the night 🎶 😅

Rob Nichols

I've been waiting for Gremlins 2, well ever since you did the first one. You'll love it. Bram Stoker's Dracula is a good one but I prefer the 1979 Dracula, with Frank Langella and score by John Williams. And of course The Birds, passed time for a return to Hitchcock.

Samuel Simpson

I'd pick Prince of Darkness (1987) or Halloween (1978) over all that.

Rob Nichols

Jen did Halloween a few years ago, it didn't go well lol.

Clay F

Yeah, she did Halloween (1978). Good movie + good reaction.

Clay F

Bram Stoker's Dracula (1992) currently only 10 votes behind Evil Dead. Maybe BS Dracula will surge in votes over the remaining days of the poll. "Bram Stoker's Dracula" (1992). Directed by Francis Ford Coppola. Starring Gary Oldman, Winona Ryder, Keanu Reeves, Anthony Hopkins. Dracula aficionados like BS Dracula b/c apparently a faithful adaptation of the book. The book was written in 1867 and the most famous origin story for Dracula.

Samuel Simpson

She should do part 2 then and Prince of Darkness :)

mikethemotormouth

Jen Murray has had her channel taken over by Jen Skurray 😂

Byrd N. Hand

Will we maybe get a YT edit of "Little Shop of Horrors" this October? (Or even finally "A Nightmare on Elm Street"? [chances are probably slim]) 🙏

Byrd N. Hand

Didn't she watch like the top 4-5 vote-getters in her October movies poll last year? If that was the case/is the case again, then at least 2 of my 3 votes (or all 3) should get through, providing they maintain (or rise from) their current positions. 🤞🤞

Joseph Krider

Not on the poll, but if you're looking for 'classic' haunted house movies, I recommend "The Haunting" - 1963 Psychological, "The Legend of Hell House" - 1973 For things that go bump in the night, and/or "Rose Red" - 2002 Steephen King.

Jen Murray

Yes Little Shop will go to YouTube this Oct!

Jason Scade

I'm think Darabont also directed The Mist. Solid creature horror. It's on Jen's channels.

Marc Peterson

The Birds a Hitchcock classic…must see!

Hendrix_44

I am completely baffled that so few want you to react to the Walking Dead.

Clay F

Grelims 2 is currently a respectable 4th place.

Clay F

At least it's beating the "Producer's Pick" and "None of the above."

Rob Nichols

Yeah my picks are all the top 5, which is rare lol.

Byrd N. Hand

Because some of us don't give a crap about TV shows. 🤐

Byrd N. Hand

The fact that she never released "North by Northwest" to YT still baffles me ("Shadow of a Doubt" I can understand, but not that one)...🤷‍♂️

Scaredy-cat

I'm generally too much of a wuss for scary movies. I've seen The Birds (1963) though and I watched Nosferatu (1922) (Dracula without the license) for the anniversary, so I think I might enjoy those.

Summer

Honestly on halloween I plan to rewatch your full Ghostbusters reactions with the movies

Summer

I am sorry, down the thread I spoke of Garfield’s halloween now I see your screen name, its just awesome

Byrd N. Hand

I'll admit I'm enjoying Jen's Seinfeld reactions... though, as with the fact that she apparently hadn't seen a single Pixar movie pre-channel, it's equally crazy to me, given her age, that she also wasn't even remotely familiar with Seinfeld pre-channel. 🤷‍♂️ If she follows the series up with Curb Your Enthusiasm (despite it being racier and, thus, needing more censoring for YT edits), I'll call it even for the slog of her watching all these damn Star Trek series. 🤐 Other TV shows to which I'd watch her reactions: - the remaining 4 seasons of Fargo - Monty Python's Flying Circus - Fawlty Towers - Cheers - BlackAdder - Mr. Bean - Twin Peaks - Malcolm in the Middle - Titus - Arrested Development - Lost

Byrd N. Hand

You can easily watch "Temple of Doom" before "Lost Ark" without many problems, yet, despite seeing the series in chronological order, most people get pissed if a reactor does so, as well as watching the Star Wars saga in any order other than release order, so why is there such a more lax approach with this franchise? 🤷‍♂️

Happy Hanukkah

With respect, I'm not sure you understood my point. I think that if odds are good that you're going to watch all original three Evil Dead movies, you definitely should watch them in order. My sacrilegious point is that one can (as many have) watch only Army of Darkness with no issue.

Amarant Coral

Ah man. Dracula is gonna get 3rd place. I hope she includes it 😩, but if not this was my favorite poll in recent memory.

Glenn Galloway

No love for Critters. The Travesty. I think there needs to by a separation between "Horror Cinema" and "Horror Movies". Because I'm a huge fan Hitchcock's work, but if you've never seen Tarman from Return of the Living Dead, do you even horror?

Amarant Coral

The different types of horror subgenres are interesting. Your distinction between cinema and movies may be similar to my distinction between classic horror and modern horror. A distinction I've been thinking about a lot lately is the distinction between regular horror and comedy horror. Stuff like Return of the Living Dead or Braindead or even satire like Cabin in the Woods.

phillip giroux

Always gotta stan the original Fright Night. Watched that soooo many times on cable when I was a lad.

Jason Scade

1984's Fright Night is superb. Horror / sporadic black comedy. Genuinely scary many at times.
