Nice one Jen I think you're have fun with the birds , a tense one yes but it will be a fun reaction, trek and sein is always great and the omen well it's the music that makes will get ya enjoy 😱🙂

The Omen is directed by Richard Donner, director of Superman and all the Lethal Weapons (and Maverick and the Goonies). So he’s an old pal of yours! I remember nothing about the Omen or the Birds so they’ll both be fun to watch!!

No, THANK YOU for being here! 🏆 Great line-up! I'm very excited for your The Omen. That film is long rumored to be cursed and some people involved with its making suffered dreadful events. Of course, bad things happen to people all the time, whether they are involved with making movies or not. But, long ago, I read that one of the behind-the-scenes folks from The Omen was involved in a fatal car crash, not long after the film had wrapped. And tragically unfortunate woman was decapitated in the crash. And the crash happened near a road sign that indicated it was 66.6 kilometers away from the town of Ommen, with the fatal accident occurring on Friday 13th. *Just checked, I'd remembered correctly. :| The Omen's Cursed Production story; https://collider.com/the-omen-curse-production/ We watched the latest Conjuring movie, it was okay. Not the best, not the worst. We also watched The First Omen, which is a prequel to your scheduled title. It was okay too, it was pretty well acted but I just didn't find it frightening. Earlier this year, we watched 'Longlegs' (2024) by Osgood Perkins, it was steeped in ominous malevolence, it's creepy, unnerving, unsettling. Frankly, it's satanic. Often, it reminded me of The Silence of the Lambs. It's a well crafted horror by a master. Not as disturbing as Hereditary, but similar. As well as Longlegs (2024), he also directed another superb, slow-burning horror film called The Black Coat's Daughter (2015). It's a supernatural psychological horror. Really excellent. Synopsis; During the dead of winter, a troubled young woman embarks on a mysterious journey to an isolated prep school where two stranded students face a sinister threat from an unseen evil force. I am one of the staunchest defenders of early S1-S2 DS9 and TNG . I think they both have a lot of underrated gems and kinda get unfairly shat on. But even I'll admit that things are really about to pick up.

Fantastic! Usually i look forward to te Star Trek most, and even though it is a great DS9 this week and as much as i love The Birds, The Omen is one of my favourite 20 movies, i actually love Omen 2 even more though (maybe next year for that one Jen).
