Continuing the legacy of me totally nerding out over TRON! This one's a banger -- especially the score!! Dazzling visuals of course but the score was SO. MUCH. FUN. Loved it! Looking forward to the new Tron in October, what about you guys? End of line.

Movie Runtime: 2:05:08

One of the best soundtracks of ALL TIME. Daft Punk killed it and I’m staying up late to watch this 🔥

Ian

Knew you would be dazzled by this one Jen can't wait to check it out over the weekend 🔥

Harvey Lee

Tron Legacy is a worthy sequel indeed , the effects are even more mind blowing . Daft Punk's style seems just tailor made for the movie ,in fact director Joseph Kosinski even said he had a unique collaboration with the band and even synced how the scenes were shot according to the music . 🎶🎵 I just knew you'd really enjoy this one Jen 🎵🎶🖤🤘

BJ Stephens

Not sure if you noticed Jen, but in the scene in the End of Line club with Castor/Zeus, the two DJ's were actually Daft Punk! Really enjoyed this reaction!

john reed

always loved this movie !! visually stunning

Catriona Colville

One of the best films of this century. Pathetically underrated on release, it has stood the testament of time. The visuals are unmatched, but please do a 4k remaster!

Jen, since you are such a fan of film scores & music, for the third film later this year, only time will tell if the film is any good and how they connect it to the prior films 15 years later but the music is being done by Nine Inch Nails … so I for one will definitely enjoy at least that. 🙂

R. Chang

Honestly, my favorite part of this whole reaction is when Jen says "They really should be wearing helmets."

Michael Jung

This movie isn't just "wild" -- it's Olivia Wilde!

Christian Rennie

I am totally seeing the Third Movie opening night! I grew up with the first one, Legacy really is awesome, and the Third movie looks to be exploring AI rights, Digital info into the real world, and creating a new story in the same universe. The first movie was the tech to trans port matter in our would that the MCP used to transport Flynn to the grid. The second movie was CLU figuring out how to use the tech to transport his digital self into our world. So, I bet the third movie is the badguys stealing the tech to make digital Soldiers in the real world. It is very very subtle but as soon as Rinzler show up you can tell it is Tron...... The color pattern of the three cubes an one below that makes kind of a "T" is the same pattern from the first movie on Tron's chest.... it is later confirmed a little later when Flynn recounts the Coup and we see Tron with the same light pattern as Rinzler.

Andrew Roach

You didn't seem to notice but Dillinger at the start was Oppenheimer himself Cillian Murphy uncredited .

Jen Murray

I thought he looked familiar but sometimes I can't place faces

Bammer

This soundtrack slaps. Daft Punk did a great job with it. They also made a cameo in the film as well, they were the two DJ's in the End Of Line Club.

I was 11 y/o in 82 when Tron came out so I grew up with the franchise even watching the Tron like tv show on ABC back in the day "Automan" (1983 - 1984) that attempted the same graphics but for tv. I'm definitely looking forward to sit down and watch this "watch along" which is a favorite of mine so much so it's an annual viewing on my birthday. Yeah...I'm obsessed.🤓 My kids grew up in the back seat of my car with me playing this soundtrack while driving only at night under city lights...LMAO...😂🤣😅😆 it infected my oldest son so much that he treated himself for his college graduation to DisneyWorld and while there purchased a Tron Legacy identity disc replica for his "old man" Dad. I teared🥹 up like a grown baby before proceeding to play the soundtrack on it's blue tooth enabled speaker.🔊🖤🩵🖤"I Fight for...The Users."✌️

Matt

I cracked up when she said that 🤣

Matt

Nine Inch Nails do the soundtrack for the new film, I'm definitely looking forward to it and would check out a reaction unless you choose to see it in theaters

The Tron Uprising animated series 2012 - 2013 on Disney XD had good animation imo and served as a prequel to Legacy to be a gap between original Tron and Legacy much like the "Animatrix" movie animation filled in the gaps inbetween the Matrix movies...although having more story continuity...than Tron Uprising did for Legacy.

I don't know how i missed THIS one! Your YT drop reminded me to go back and see this. Thank you. It's my day off so this is perfect.

Over50Gamer

I loved Automan and was sad when it flopped.

K Dub

Same here!!! Hopefully Tron Ares...will exceed that 40+ year old tv show.🙏🤔😂🤣✌️
