Hi Jenn๐Ÿ–ค๐Ÿ–ค๐Ÿ–คโค๏ธโค๏ธโค๏ธโค๏ธ๐Ÿ’™๐Ÿ’™๐Ÿ’™๐Ÿ’™๐Ÿ’™๐Ÿ’™๐Ÿ’™

Arthur 'Two Sheds' Jackson

Awesome!! ๐Ÿซด๐Ÿป๐Ÿช๐Ÿ‘‡๐Ÿป ๐Ÿคฃ. The Long Kiss Goodnight, another Shane Black script! All we need now is The Last Boy Scout and The Nice Guys ๐Ÿ˜

Andy Thomas

Iโ€™m going with Tim Burtonโ€ฆ Nightmare and Edward Scissorhands. And in the future consider Tim Burtonโ€™s first film, Pee-Weeโ€™s Big Adventure!

Brian Galvin

Die hard as a Christmas movie

Jason Scade

Jen has Die Hard'd already. ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘ Worth watching.

Gary Poussard

I think Jen will love Edward Scissorhands

Brian Galvin

Wasnโ€™t sure if she did just saying it is a Christmas movie some people donโ€™t think that theyโ€™re wrong

Jason Scade

Pre-season's greetings. ๐ŸŽ„โ„๏ธโ˜ƒ๏ธ

DrJonasVenture

Just wanted to recommend a few other Christmas films if youโ€™re looking for some less traditional fare- Eyes Wide Shut (Kubrickโ€™s final film), Silent Partner (filmed in Toronto), & Black Christmas (filmed outside of Montreal)

Travis

When Harry Met Sally is soooooo good

Collinson

Wow your polls are always full of bangers lol I want you to react to them all!

Bernie Zwicky

For a family friendly Christmas movie, โ€œThe Santa Clausโ€ with Tim Allen, might be a nice choice.โค๏ธ

mikethemotormouth

What could be more in the spirit of Christmas than terrorism and grand larceny? Oh right, and murder. Let's not forget all the murder.

Alexis Vorian

My votes go for, Edward Scissorhands, When Harry Met Sally and Jingle All the Way!

Budsfan67

I say stay on the theme of raunchy comedy and do Bad Santa

mikethemotormouth

How about The Hebrew Hammer(2003) for our Jewish brethren?

Jen Murray

Might be one of the 2 I've already chosen to watch!

Over50Gamer

Anytime anyone mentions The Nightmare Before Christmas, my mind plays the original theme AND all the covers I know. ๐Ÿคฃ๐Ÿฅฐ

Clay F

That's my top 2 choices.

Allen Porter

Usually not included as Christmas fare but it was a Christmas get together is The Lion in Winter, Peter O'Toole, Katherine Hepburn, Anthony Hopkins, Timothy Dalton, Nigel Terry...

Kristin

It really needs to be Nightmare Before Christmas. It's the best on this list. It's uniquely creative with an amazing story and soundtrack, and stop-motion.

Kristin

Perhaps do a classics Christmas poll as well. Include Christmas in Connecticut!

mikethemotormouth

And sets the precedent for other Henry Selick fare like Monkeybone(2001), Coraline(2009), and my favorite, James and the Giant Peach(1996)

Erik Lundmark

To help it along: "The Long Kiss Goodnight" is one of the best action-movies ever made

Mastervodo

TIm Burton Christmas!

Summer

Surprised Patrick Stewartโ€™s Christmas carol isnโ€™t there

Rob Nichols

It's not Christmas until Hans Gruber goes splat, staining the pavement with festive Christmasy color.

Gareth Turner

Violent Night has joined Die Hard as one of my must-watch Christmas films. Love it ๐Ÿ˜ƒ

Flounder

Please, react to THE REF! Itโ€™s the best dysfunctional Christmas movie ever!

Jason Scade

It's also about forgiving and re-union. โ™ฅ๏ธ๐Ÿ‘

Byrd N. Hand

I recommend "Stalag 17" as well.

Byrd N. Hand

Not nearly enough people react to "Pee-Wee's Big Adventure" (the first movie I ever bought on DVD, oddly enough).

Byrd N. Hand

And hopefully a "When Harry Met Sally" New Year's. ๐Ÿคž

Kristin

The music is infectious.

Zapp Rowsdower

I'm hoping this is only the first out of the group and the more classic, Christmasy ones might be in a future poll. Honestly, I don't care for hardly any on this poll, which is a shock.

Summer

That is what I thought. I guess nightmare before Christmas is close. But ready for the nexxt Christmas poll

Darryl Low

Looks like an Elfman 1-2 ๐Ÿ˜… All these movies are awesome for the festive season ๐Ÿ˜Š๐ŸŽ„๐ŸŽ…โ›„โœ‚

Byrd N. Hand

And I'd personally like to see a break from this barraging her with all these stupid, ultra-broad, lowbrow comedies. The last time she reacted to a comedy that was of any interest to me was "Raising Arizona" about 2ยฝ months ago now. ๐Ÿ˜

DrJonasVenture

Can never have too much Billy Wilder

zynjams

Meet Me in St. Louis is the best holiday movie. starring Judy Garland

Jen Murray

Seen it a million times! A fav in our house!

Marc Peterson

Great Christmas caper film/comedy from 1967 FITZWILLY with Dick van Dyke and the lovely Barbara Feldon (from Get Smart fame) as well as John McGiver, Dame Edith Evans, Sam Waterston, Norman Fell. Think Oceans 11 meets ELF. Music by Johnny Williams (known better as John Williams multi Oscar winning composer. Elaborate con game to knock over Gimbels Department Store on Christmas Eve.

Bryan Tuck

Being totally serious here: ERNEST SAVES CHRISTMAS is a hidden gem. It's by far the best of the Ernest movies (admittedly not a high bar), and you could even make the argument that THE SANTA CLAUSE ripped it off a little. :)

Byrd N. Hand

That and the first one, "Ernest Goes to Camp," are pretty much the only decent ones.

jon bolton

I love The Long Kiss Goodnight.

Clay F

Next to last place. So I guess it is hidden.

Clay F

I am glad Nightmare Before Christmas (1993) and Edward Scissorhands (1990) finished in the top 2.
