As I say in the video above, my voice is still messed up so looks like I'll just need to keep resting it a bit longer. However there was a suggestion to react to a silent movie silently which could be fun so make sure you check out THIS POLL if you're interested in that!

Those comments are harsh. Part of watching reaction videos is the talking and you make watching it fun. Like I was sitting there watching it with someone close. I mean, when Captain America uses Möjnir in Endgame I would have loved it if you got up screaming and running around the room. Heck, that's what all fans in the theater wanted to do. Keep being you. Get well soon! As a retired teacher, I feel your distress. When I had laryngitis a couple times during my career, the best I could do was display lecture slides, point to them, and be as animated as possible. BTW, here's an idea for your silent movies, but it requires more work on your part. Watch them by yourself, create written notes with your reactions, insert your notes into the video stream the way the original silent films displayed text during the movies, and then post these edited streams for us ;-)

Silent movies are a great idea! Most are in the public domain, too, so you might only need to do some music editing, and your comments and reactions can be written on cards just like the movies! Try a Charlie Chaplin movie!

While it would probably be way too much effort, you could add your commentary as text in your video, like in such silent movies. I'm seeing it in my head, like a big, white "What the Frig?!" on black background 😅 And sorry about these comments, I just don't understand why these kinds of people watch reactions? Just rest up, Jen; there are some great silent/virtually silent movies that would be great for you to watch, but you don’t have to do it when you’re ill. I know it says you wouldn’t have to be talking, but just the hassle of filming content & everything that goes into it, isn’t something you need to be bothering with when you’re ill. Rest up, try to relax (not easy obviously when you’ve got kids), & get back to your videos when you feel better; we’ll still be here. Oh, & ignore any of the moronic comments you get; they really are just sad, pathetic people, and you’re great at what you do. Take care, and I hope you’re feeling better soon. 🤞🙂 All the best. xx

It's amazing how so many people still don't understand reaction videos. Surely one should be watching it for the reactor, not the movie/TV show itself. 🙄

That's not quite true. If so, then audio reaction is plenty good. I argue visual reaction can be even more effective. Just easier to get taken down as reactor voices sometimes are needed to disrupt.

I guess I just don't understand why someone would watch a reactor's video and complain that they're reacting. What? Jen, I fall asleep to your Seinfeld reactions, it's audible comfort food. Thank you for you and keep doing what you do. The person that commented, "Damnit I was excited to watch this but you talked too much. Damn!!" That's just baffling, just watch the movie dude.
