Well, he said his punishment is being stuck in Hell along with being unable to actually do anything to the sinners. The angels weren’t coming down at the time he was put there. That was thousands of years ago, and the angels only started the exterminations 7 years ago.

A lot of people did understand in vox second song, the german word Führer insted of furor which also makes kinda sense

Lucifer (voice actor jeremy jordan) is a broadway singer, so while he doesn't release songs the way pop singers would, there's a lot of stuff out there with his voice. He's got insane control over his voice.

Yeah his punishment for bringing "evil" into the heart of man is to be trapped with the worst of humanity and not be able to do anything to them. The sinners will torture themselves.

Yeah Charlie has really been going through it this season. It's understandable why she's so upset between coping with the whiplash of the whole thinking Pentious was dead and then suddenly finding out he's not only alive but redeemed, Vox's BS, and a bunch of other things going wrong. But yeah she really ends up making her own situation worse with the naivete she still hasn't really gotten past, not listening to people (especially Vaggie) and hyper fixating on stuff she can't fix, and lashing out at people who are just trying to help. Without spoiling I think her arc pays off by the end but she was so frustrating for this first part of the season and this episode was the culmination of it.

I think Something that is forgotten alot about Charlie is that yes she is Blindly optimistic and Naive... but more important than that, She is Prideful! She is the daughter of the 2 most Proud beings in all of creation, Lucifer is literally the embodiment of Pride in Hell. Pride makes you not listen to people because YOU have the best ideas, Whenever someone like Vox attacks YOU or something that is close to YOU nothing else matters. Charlie is flawed and i understand how it can be frustrating but her acting any differently would lowkey be super out of character, the ONLY time i thought the show was pushing it alittle to far was in episode 3 when she was pushing Angel's boundaries after learning her lesson in S1 EP4. She is also Desperate, something that is emphasized by her obsessive calling of Lilith, Desperation causes you to make very Stupid decisions.
