I just noticed that for the last few episodes, whenever there is text at the top of the screen, half of it is cut off, just a notice for wherever edits these!

DarcTronic

Since you enjoyed it so much, i would recommend watching Tsukimichi: Moonlit Fantasy. It's quit similar.

Ketanak

this episode sent so many tidbit of the future lol

Abura-bo

If you liked S1 you're going to love S2. Full of surprises 😮

Yeah, including the bombshell that was the last 10-20 seconds of episode 24, they really wanted the viewers to be curious to buy the source material just in case it wouldn't be adapted into more anime seasons.

Watta

Thats not a superior spirit thats a superior waifu lol

Yes next episode is extra (which is important to watch).. then there is ova which i'd say 3,4,5 is very important to watch and then season 2 (i mean you can watch diaries probably i dunno) but keep it mind that even though Rimuru left to his town he is still in human town.. its really weird.. through the ovas and even at the very start of season 2.. like they keep jumping back and forth for some reason.. its super messy

The Force

That's more likely a result of how she frames the source in OBS, probably not much the editor can do unless she splits sources in the recording which is very technical to set up xD

Lost

Season 2 is my favorite, it's so good. Next episode is an extra but it's also not a filler, it gives context for something in the future, and some backstory. Regardless, you'd probably enjoy watching it, for reasons I can't mention because spoiler, lol

Shizu's dying wish was to reconnect with Leon and have some sort of a closure. While he did save her life, she felt betrayed that he abandoned her right before the hero temporarily took her in. During the latter years of her life, she sought recognition from Leon more than she hated him, and Rimuru knows that. So while Rimuru is pissed at Leon for what he did to Shizu, it's not like he seriously wants to antagonize him, much less kill him, considering Shizu wouldn't even want that. Also, the kids actually have yet to know that Shizu is already dead. I don't remember if it's in the light novels or the side stories but one of them mentioned how they miss "Shizu-sensei" and hoped that she's doing fine somewhere. Which is sad tbh 😢. As for them living and growing up in Tempest, I don't think it's a great idea considering that a federation of monsters has a very different culture and everyday setting than what they're already used to. Not to mention the things that the kids may want to do or experience in the future that aren't possible or easily accessible in Rimuru's nation. Perhaps if Tempest develops further but for now, it's better as a vacation spot for them.
