It's a bit funny how the anime infuses other animes in mentions, like Parasyte cuz he's reincarnated. I really need to rewatch Parasyte though, it's such a good anime.

I have a theory about Chloe which I had ever since I first watched this years ago (i haven't read any of the light novels or looked up any info, but I'm usually good at guessing this kinda of stuff so I'll hide it just in case) . . . . . . . . I'm guessing that the whole Chloe spirit thing is weird time shenanigans. I think the one who sealed Veldora hundreds of years ago was Chloe, and the spirit who inhabited Chloe was also Chloe. I think this because of the obvious rections Veldora has been having. The spell Chloe used against Rimuru was an imprisonment spell. Ramiris said something along the lines of "the spirit inhabiting her was a self fulfilling prophecy l". So what if chloe inhabiting chloe means she will go back in time to imprison Veldora, then become a spirit to inhabit Chloe again. It's a weird theory and might not be exactly right but I think at least parts of it is correct.
