1:33 I dont think thats a stupid question at all lol Glass and mirrors have more than a few shared properties and it is infact still the primary material present in a mirror. We did have to change the method of attaining the key feature of a mirror (ultra reflective surface) due to -scary toxic metal vapor+ advancements in science and manufacturing- reasons.. The OG mirrors were a shaped sheet of tinfoil, dipped it in mercury, and combined it with a pane of glass., now days we can easily and safely coat said glass pane with silver or aluminum(plus alittle bit of copper and paint to protect the whole apparatus. 24:24 Some people are actually genetically predisposed to more easily gain and hold weight than others. Which, in theory would mean they should work harder to than the average person to monitor their nutrient/calorie intake and be diligent with regular exercise(and there are obviously some of said people that realize and adhere to said lifestyle differences), but sadly, given how society has developed, far too many people with those genes take the opposite route by giving up completely instead of working harder, which is made even worse by how calorically dense modern food is. The inverse can also be true. Me personally, I'm 6'4 and eat 4 meals a day yet still only weigh 130lbs(59 kg), which is grossly underweight for my frame due to having a hyper active metabolism(people always say they wish they had my metabolism, its a curse not a blessing, i promise xd...). (Nothing about this^ is derogatory or judgemental, its the science and sad truth of the matter. my mom is an eating disorder psychologist, so she works with the data/trends and the personal lived experiences of people who struggle with both extremes of weight)
