Based on a post she made, it seems like she's going to switch to a more chunk based upload schedule, but even i was not expecting this huge of a drop(it seems like she is really enjoying it though and i hope she is, i love Dr. Stone so much and it only gets better and better as you get deeper into it)

11:10 What makes that story so scary; it wasnt as if they were walking through it and it finally dealt enough poison damage to kill him... Its heavier than air, so it sinks. Unless it's disturbed by wind or something, it'll always been as close to the ground as the space it fills permits. They had essentially been wading through and invisible river of magma that only kills you if you dip your head in it. When he bent down to tie his shoe(is what its believed he was doing), he dipped his head into that river. One breath at the concentration that springs like that output, you're dead.

The fairy was really just the symbolism of the danger so when they fully overcame it and "conquered" the fairy of death, it became the reward they were struggling for, the sulfuric acid. Pure visual symbolism and yes, very much not how it works xD
