stronghold boradly mean fortress, a place hard to conquer, it can be a royal palace or a border castle. The clowns may use it as headquarter or place of importance, we still don't know

Ahmed El Fakih

Never played Minecraft Neila? The Stronghold is like a base where you Strong Hold, that means is your ultimate defense line. In Minecraft it exists to prevent the Ender Dragon from scaping (I think that was the lore)

Ahmed El Fakih

15:10 she let Rimuru escape — not in purpose tho

Ketanak

Neila forgot Diablo's plan, everything happening with Falmuth is according to the kekaku (plan)

Linguistics nerd time again 🤓 Hinata 'letting' Rimuru escape doesn't necessarily mean she meant to. In English, if I say I let something happen, just means that I caused it to happen, not necessarily intentionally. If you listen to the Japanese line tho (~あのスライム逃がしてしまった) it's a little clearer that it was an oopsie.

idk if it's spoilers but there isn't much action in S3, it's gonna be more slice of life n a lot of talking. Not complaining, just giving u a heads up cos there's people who got bored n dropped it🥲

Season 3 is the filter for we true fans of Slime. Thankfully we don't have it as bad as the Shield Hero fans. 2 seasons of trash or at the very least dramatically lower quality than season 1 for them until season 4 turned things around, whereas we simply get world building, slice of life and a bit of action in season 3.

Twohearts Off

Rimuru lets everyone underestimate him to make friendly relations easier. With his current power and allies he could destroy any kingdom he wants (not without suffering losses on his side though). Just Diablo and Veldora are considered walking natural disasters, add to this "walking nuke" Benimaru and "lord of war crimes" Rimuru and there is enough to steamroll over just about anyone. That is assuming Rimuru doesn't bribe Milim with candies to give him a hand. If other countries were to realize that, they'd be wary of him and could even team up against him (which wouldn't be very useful) so he decides to keep a low profile. Only the demon lords kinda know how strong he is because they know Veldora and Diablo and saw Rimuru fight during Walpurgis. Kinda wish he'd snap at another kingdom and go full Ainz-sama on them (Diablo is already doing the "Sasuga Rimuru-sama" like Demiurge anyway).

I love this episode. Every time there are some characters speaking about tempest outside of tempest it broaden view how big that world actually is. By the way you got most of it. No problem there. Maeby you did not picked up on Angels.

Virtuous_Wanderer

Yeah, Rimuru's whole strat is basically just "I'm a good slime slurp teehee" which works but, like you said, the Demon Lords, and probably Gazel (because he is just built different) know just how strong he is. Not saying that he used power to coerce Gazel though because, Gazel more than likely could have taken him when they first met if he thought that Rimuru was actually a threat to the world.

Virtuous_Wanderer

It was Claymans castle (probably handed down by Kazalem). It was meant to represent the center of their public might since the clowns tend to work behind the scenes, and just kind of handed the accolades to Clayman to build him up as a Demon Lord (AKA the public face of their power). They were using Claymans title as a demon lord as a way to justify him having so much wealth, power, and status although, in reality, it was just a front sort of like a Mafia money laundering operation. Clayman (Yuki and the clowns) scheme, and amass wealth that the clowns and Yuki can ultimately use to further their goal (world domination, and the complete revival of Kazalem since he (she?) still seems incomplete)

Ketanak

Thats a bit spoiler for neila.

This is the first mention of the Tenma war. We can extrapolate from the context that it is a battle between Ten (Heaven) and Ma (Demons), but that's all we've got at the moment. Well, that and somehow Rimuru's city getting big or advanced will somehow cause it?

Doomchild

finally caught up more or less with where I got to on youtube before. late to this episode but wanted to add a little LN lore. since this happened in the LN during the events of last season and they haven't mentioned it (and it doesn't really get brought up later in the LN anyway) I'm guessing this isn't a spoiler, just not important enough for the anime. the vampires Roy and Louis weren't actually twins, they used to be a single powerful vampire. he caused Luminus a lot of grief so she beat him and split him in two characters with different bits of the original personality so they were somewhat antagonistic towards each other. when Roy 'died' his power just returned to Louis which is how he finds out what happened. so it's understandable why Louis is so cold about Roy's death, he didn't like Roy anyway and he got a powerboost on top of it. the only thing he's concerned about is Luminus losing a servant and partly being made a mockery off because his equal got bested.

Hinita is not the one who left Shizu. She was one of Shizu's students
