a vassal state is basicly a sub state. he declares ains as his ruler and is becoming his servant. to make it short he is giving up the independence of his kindom

HellToYou

For the super tier spell that Ainz used against the re-estize kingdom, is actually one of the worst super tier spell that Ainz can use, it was actually considered trash since it's only good depending on how much weak people it can kill (as sacrifice) and it can be used up to 4 times per day! Also just like the troll has his race abilities (health regeneration), Ainz also has his, the weapons Ainz was using was actually from Clementine back in season 1, where spells can be imbued into them.

Sage Bastien

Ainz isnt using magic here, he is using his undead ability, different from magic.. Basically ainz can't turn them off. Then he use a magical weapon, it is not using magic as well The anime really doesn't explain it well

Sage Bastien

The dichotomy of the relationship in the LN Between Jircniv and Ainz is REALLY funny. Ainz see him as a friend, and Jircniv is like in the anime xD

Summerguy

8:25 in DND games, players properly roleplay their roles to make sure their characters survive as long as possible and eventually win the campaign. Ainz is currently in that mindset where if he can and needs to charm people he will, if he needs to be ruthless he has the power equivelant to a GM game master and wipe the party of the opposing players or npcs. The word "Fake it till you make it" stands alot in this case. It also stands for his floor guardians for as you can see they sometimes questions and ask about Ainz's motivations for the plans and strategies he lays out. Who knows whether their loyalty will remain still.

Just a reminder: The Sacred Kingdom movie takes place between episodes 7 and 8.

Ains was having a fight in the colosseum only to get some adventurers but he ended up disturbing the secret meeting of El Nix and the theocracy which had the objective to ally against him, El Nix thinking all was planned is hilarious 😂

carbonfiberRS

Neila doesn't know what a vassal state is just like Ainz, you'd be perfect as an Overlord as well, Bone Mama.....as a skeleton no boobs tho, sadge 😂

Crawlingchaos03

I, I think Ainz didn't plan this at all dear Jircniv 🤣 Ainz just wanted adventurers to join his side to actually seek out the unknow world! Aye, this happens when ya over think and think... still thinking and losing your mind dear Jircniv 😭😂😂😂🤣

Jazzy Jinx

Ains is what you would call "Lawful Evil" which because of the "Lawful" part can be misconstrued as "good" but in reality it's just structured evil.

SleepyOldBear

Poor emperor El Nix, can't buy a win. Believes he's been outplayed on every level. Meanwhile Ainz is failing upwards as usual 😆

Shahbaj Mohammad

Bro el nix is so hilarious in this ep. Specially at the end when he was screaming at that dude lol ayayai.

Dethrox

Well i dont :D thats why its not my top 1 opening.. the music is great though..

Ketanak

The emperor is probably the best ruler we've seen so far. He do everything he can to resist but didn't even flinch at the idea at resigning and dying for his country.

The Force

I'd argue he's more lawful neutral, good or evil works for him so long as it abides by the expectations of the society around him. Which since he lives in and rules over an evil faction ends up with him often doing evil, though he also tries to do good such as through the undead work force and security, mass producing food and destroying monsfers. Evil is explicitly selfish and a lawful evil person would manipulate law and society for his own benefit which applies more to Albedo, and Demiurge likely leans Neutral Evil as he'll twist laws, or outright ignore them and destroy them, to his/his gods benefit with only a focus on which has the better overall outcome.

The Force

This basically, everything he used was equipment or racial and racial abilities at high tiers can appear as magic because of how potent and supernatural they are

Virtuous_Wanderer

That is what they look like to me as well but, it has also been a while since I brushed up on my rune knowledge

Ruud

So about the "Magic" in the fight against the troll. I think it is more so a passive ability/aura of fear that he has. Much like trolls, for example, have a passive ability to regenerate fast. So technically he isn't using magic, it's just there.

Trystan

Ainz absolutely is Evil. Contrary to a neutral character, Ainz would 100% (and has done so) participate in or order utterly horrible acts for either his personal gain or to the benefits of his followers. I would argue he is more on the Neutral Evil side than Lawful Evil, but he is unequivocally evil both by "moral" standards and by D&D alignment standards (I mean he is a Lich on steroids).

Ahmed El Fakih

When a country become a call state it means that is now "property" of the other country. Like a new *State*. Basically its economy, law, etc., becomes one of the other country's responsabilities.

Philotes

The negative energy Ainz uses with his hand and his Aura of Fear are just undead skills. They are not considered magic. The fire magic was stored in the dagger thingies. If you remember, those belonged to Clementine. She used the same kind of fire before getting hugged. Fun fact: The daggers just store a spell for later. After one use, you have to store another spell in them again. The fire spell in the dagger was charged by Fluder, since Ainz didn't want to use his own magic. After Ainz used it, he kinda regretted asking Fluder since he also thought it was a bit too strong.
