Hints in the episode were: -Albedo almost miss called him in the start -He kinda lost posture during the fight -He insisted on finishing his Yap against the armor -He panicked -He did not use the full spell buff Ainz used against Shallteae -He bowed his head prioritizing his order to recruit

SomeNotTakenName

This episode is ripe for spoilers, please be careful when reading the comments Neila. And the tell to distinguish Pandora's Actor and Ainz in this episode was the red orb in Ainz' abdomen. Pandora's Actor didn't have it.

Pharos Dusklight

A easy way to know if is Pandora actor or Ains is that Ains has that red orb inside of him and Pandora when transformed doesn’t have it

Kret

I don't blame you for forgetting but you saw that armour in I think season one when the old lady was talking to the dragon

HybridxArts13

Note if they make a new season, you might want to know that Pandora's actor is at level 100 like Ains and the other floor guardians but he can only replicate 80% of their stats (not counting HP an MP, those stay fixed as with his doppleganger form) He may seem weak, but that is only because he is restricted to one form at a time since entering the new world, since he needs to be ainz or momon to trick everyone else, essentially nerfing himself since the major upside of a doppleganger is transforming to fit the battle.. if he utilizes all his copy forms he is very annoying to battle with since he has the forms of all 41 supreme beings (of course he can use all their skills except super tier ones), one cannot make a contingency for all of them if he keeps on transforming, since his transformations ar instant and it doesn't use mp

Woodstock179

Now the dragon thinks "Ains" is roughly 80% as strong as Ains really is. And even that was "stronger than expected " 👏👏😎 because Pandora's actor even if he is a lvl 100 npc is kinda like a lvl 80 version of Ains when doubling him. So dragon very underestimated true Ains imho

Ypu remember the thingie Albedo was holding to everywhere recently? That's a world item, and Ainz explained that it was for her to be safe from mental control if anything happened. I think that was said the first episode she performed the Sourcerer Kingdom's "messager" role. I'm not quite sure bc I haven read the novel, but due to how the dragon's subtitles say "puh-layer" and "en-pii-see" I think he's not actually a player but someone who has been told what they are. Also, as I said I have not read the Novel, but I've seen a couple things (that I'm not sure are true tho) so from now on this might be SPOILER, but I'll still say it in case anyone wants to know. So SPOILER ALERT: . . . . . . I have seen that it seems there are not any player from Yggdrasil right now in this world, but there have been players in this world before Ainz. I think they were separated into groups by time, and Ainz would be the third "group" (but he's alone). And as I've heard all those players died fighting between them. Also, I think they are considered gods or heroes now, and I'm not quite sure but this, but the 13 heroes might have been players as well. I also want to ask here in caso someone is on time with the LN, does Ainz encounter another player or they're certainly not in this world anymore?

The Force

Congrats on catching Pandora's Actor! It's rare for people to actually catch that, also for getting that the suit was controlled by the dragon cause *apparently* people nowadays struggle with character interpolation to make connections and get confused about the dragon for some reason xD Also as someone else said careful about spoilers around here and beyond, not that it's spoilery for the season but potential future plot points as some people start talking about threads potentially left loose intentionally as they'd make more sense to dig into when approaching those plotlines xD

The Force

IIRC back in the day it was often argued that he is, debatably, the strongest in Nazarick because he not only can replicate all of their powers and abilities at 80% but his nature as the highest tier of Mimic - similar to how Ainz is an Overlord of Death which is both the highest tier of Skeleton and I believe a hidden racial class? - he fully understand their perfect technical and tactical use AND he also has access to all the floor guardians forms as well meaning he knows every floor guardian, how best to tactically utilize their skills, and how best to counter them. So given freedom to use his ability to the fullest he could arguably beat any other guardian (and possibly Ainz) in a one on one. Obviously the counters to that where Ainz having full understanding and tons of PvP experience and Shalltear just being overwhelmingly a 1v1 monster who should be able to overwhelm him due to the stat differences from his shapeshift. That 20% is a big drop at that level so it's very possible it couldn't be made up for, but it was a fun debate to read through that oddly remained pretty civil xD

The Force

I believe there are instances, incredibly rare ones, where Ainz does allow PA to wield it but yes this is almost always true. Though I believe one of the earlier seasons where he appears as Ainz they drew the red orb because it wasn't specified at that point in the LN if PA had it or not and they didn't think about it but I could be wrong about that

The Force

Yup, but also the Dragon is probably limited in strength due to controlling the armor and being at distance. I haven't read far enough in the LN to know how true that is, but it's possible that both facing off in Full would be more equal than we expect.

The Force

Yes that second part is a spoiler so anyone seeing this before seeing that MASSIVE SPOILER ALERT which OP already put in and also for my response below in two parts, first part is a spoiler about the guessed stuff (if you want to know the truth Ahmed) and the second part is a spoiler in response to the spoiler info Ahmed posted: • • • • FIRST SPOILER Light Spoiler: you're on the right track, while the information isn't fully presented here that is meant to be the direction they lead you Heavier Spoiler: The dragon is from this world but was friends with a previous Player who came here and who, poorly, explained Yggdrasil and NPC's and Players. The Player was the original wielder of the Platinum Armor the dragon controls here. I forget exactly how they became friends but since then the Dragon has tried to keep an eye out for Players and prevent them from abusing their power. • • • • SECOND SPOILER Correct, it's partially explained by this point in the LN but not through Ainz perspective so we don't see it, and not directly cause the people explaining it don't know it, but roughly every 100-200 years a group of powerful entities appears that become Heroes or Gods. IIRC there's been Four appearances of Players. Three named and one just mentioned they were: 1. The Six Great Gods, first to appear and who introduced the gamified tiered magic and are responsible for this worlds magical system and terminology so closely resembling the games. I *believe* the Slane Theocracy was founded in worship of them 2. The Eight Greed Kings who conquered the world killed the last of the Six Great Gods before falling to infighting and killing each other. 3. A nameless group only known from a mention of a Dragon Lord who killed them 4. The Evil Deities and 13 Heroes, The 13 Heroes being loose players who came together to stop the other players many of them survived but, as non-long lived species died of age long ago passing on things (such as the Rubix Cube seen in an earlier episode) This is all from memory using research I did years ago for a D&D campaign I wanted to pull some inspiration for so people can correct me if I'm wrong but SPOILER tag it people. And now Momonga/Ainz and Nazarick, though no one else has appeared yet within the story *to my knowledge* it is very likely they do exist but just are not in a position, or do not care, to get involved. Hell they may be on distant continents yet to be introduced or far corners of this continent unaware of what's going on. If there is no one else this would be the first occurrence of a singular Player BUT considering the estimated levels of previous Players are between 40-80 *max* the fact that Ainz and all his Guardians are level 100 may be part of the reason so "few" came through this time, if level and power are relavant to the number of people that come through.

Ahmed El Fakih

Wow so this story keeps getting better and better. I think I might read the LN. I'm also curious about who the hell is Evil Eye, because she doesn't seem to be a normal person, and the "long ago fallen kingdom" she mentions (in the next episode I think) could be her motherland.

Crawlingchaos03

Oh boy, good luck out there Riku. May you safe from everything around ya x3

Neah

And he did not have the red orb in his abdomen, the red orb is a world item that Ainz always wears

Woodstock179

Ahh good point good point. A very interesting hypothesis. 🤔 👍

HellToYou

You've seen Tsa (the platinum dragon) back in season 2 episode 1 talking with another woman, he encountered Shalltear back when she was mind controlled and took damage to his armor from there. What we know from the anime is: that he knows things about Yggdrasil, but he isn't a player himself due to him not knowing how to spell "player" and "NPC", he does know the concept though, and that he's level 90 (the strongest being encountered so far in the new world)

Kirby745i

I know exactly what you're talking about, but that was actually a mistake on the animators' part. They drew the red orb inside Pandora's Actor when he was interrogating Sebas and Tuare for the first time.

Matthew Rein

Ok his hands are dirty because his father is one that started players being transported to this world he used magic trying to spawn high powerful items and they ended up bringing players from yaggrasil and which caused a lot of damage to this world through 13 kings of Azeroth and other players that looked. At as gods by this world the platinum dragon lord aka riku whatever want call him safe guards yaggrassil weapons / world items from falling into hands of evil people and ainz and his guild own a lot of world items
