The fish would be a swordfish weird for sushi. Also the raw fish thing can be your stomach not used to it or quality of the fish you tried. My fav raw fish is Sea Bream but very rare to find it.

"Freedom of speech but not freedom of consequence" Applies to other people. If someone says some dumb shit you can embarrass them by proving why what they said is dumb shit, or lose your temper, or what have you. Consequences also come to you. What it *DOESN'T* apply to is the state/government as that's who it's meant to protect your speech from, government/legal punishment for "saying the wrong thing". Once the government decides what is and isn't wrong to say, even if initially for good reasons, it always goes too far and is abused into extremity. It's one of the first steps of totalitarianism of any kind and almost always *starts* for a good reason. I always found it funny Rimuru followed up "We have freedom of speech" with "oh but you'll be held accountable for what you say". I imagine Rimuru meant that people in general will hold others accountable for being a dip shit, but it can very easily be taken as him threatening to punish people for saying "the wrong thing". Seeing as he's the KING of a country and an unchallengeable (by most) TRUE DEMON LORD it would very much not be free speech if he is personally/legally holding people acountable xD

I feel like given the context of everything else he said, it would be a pretty big leap of logic to think that Rimuru himself would be holding anyone accountable for what they say. In the same breath he mentioned that he had no intention of antagonizing, or hurting anyone for what they do or say UNLESS they specifically bring war to his country, and/or hurt his citizens. I think that even if some rando just got up on a box and shouted "Fuck you Rimuru you suck" the worst they would probably get is a VERY stern talking to by the city guard, and probably a fine (and likely ejected from and banned from Tempest for insulting its king) unless that hypothetical person decided to brandish a weapon. (That is unless Shion, Shuna, or Diablo got to them first then the hypothetical person would probably get reduced to a paste)
