By the way: it's never revealed in the anime but Ichiji, the guy in the suit which Nanami rescued is actually married to Shoko, the Nurse who could save the people because of her reverse curse tech.

I think its just a ship, but I haven't read the manga so I'm not 100% sure. Google AI is bad and has given me answers that they are married with a descendant, and also that thereis "no canon confirmed relationship". Though since the answer from the AI linked a tiktok video theorizing that a character in JJK Modulo might be their grandchild, simply because she has black hair and uses reversed cursed technique, I am disinclined to believe it.

I love that the narrator in last/the episode before last tells us that Toji is instinctively targetting "the strongest" opponent, and then after kill the cursed spirit he goes after Megumi. On top of Sukuna having a unique interest in Megumi (from the cursed spirit incident where Itadori "died" and they made the pact) Though I'm sure part of the draw was family, and also everyone being injured from fighting the cursed spirit may have shifted the expected strength closer, but still I don't think even in the state they were in that Megumi is currently on par with Nanami or the old guy.

So here’s something interesting. Like you said, Toji isn’t fully resurrected. He’s fighting purely on his body’s instincts. Last episode, the narrator mentions that his body is drawn towards the strongest. Meaning that when he was in the room with Maki, Nanami and old man Zenin, his instincts singled out Megumin is the most dangerous. So not only does Megumin have Sukuna’s recognition, Toji’s instincts identify him as the strongest out of that group
