I feel a similar way about cosplaying characters. As I would feel unsure cosplaying a female character. Even if I loved her character, so I mostly think about men to cosplay as that is my gender. Also when it comes to fashion I usually prefer business casual. Or some casual clothes that is comfortable to wear.
