13:04 Think some of the animation cuts, like this one, were done by kerorira1, the character designer and animation director for Bocchi the Rock (another anime by Cloverworks), so the art style may change when they are working on it. Also in general ever since Bocchi the Rock aired (due to how commercially and critically well it did), some of the creative ideas incorporated in that show "bled" into their later works (I won't say what exactly in case Neila hasn't watched Bocchi). My Dress Up Darling Season 1 aired before Bocchi, so that hasn't been influenced by that show yet, but season 2 definitely was influenced, as well as other Cloverworks anime (such the currently airing Elusive Samurai season 2).

Fun fact about the guy that helped Gojo and Marin with the outfit: This wasn't actually the first time that he was supposed to canonically appear. In tha manga he actually ends up helping Gojo with something for a outfit a lot earlier on (I think it was the Black Lobellia one but, I am too lazy to skim thru the manga to find out for sure).
