Hey everyone!
⚠️ HOTFIX UPDATE (v6.1.4): I just pushed a tiny hotfix to address three small issues that popped up:
Privacy: Hidden broadcast names will no longer leak through permission warnings when players interact with secret NPCs.
Actor Importer: Fixed the search field so it doesn't reset your typing cursor and restored the "X" close icon.
Action Required: If you downloaded v6.1.3 earlier today, please update to this version (v6.1.4) instead!
I’m dropping a quick update for Exalted Scenes today. This is a maintenance release focused on squashing some bugs, both recent regressions and a few older issues—that you’ve been reporting over on our Discord.
Why this update now? I’m doing a full "bug-squashing pass" across all our premium modules (starting with Exalted Scenes, but SessionFlow and Narrator Jukebox are next in line). My goal is to clear the decks and ensure everything is running smoothly so I can shift 100% of my focus to the massive upcoming MapForge update. That one is going to be huge and will require my undivided attention for a while, so I wanted to get these fixes out to you first.
What’s New in this cycle (v6.1.3 & v6.1.4)
Monk's Common Display (MCD): Fixed several "black screen" edge cases and UI layering issues. The Player View should now correctly fill the screen and keep the chat sidebar visible.
UI Fixes: Resolved overlapping badges on character cards and restored the music picker functionality in Cast-Only mode.
Performance: Fixed a transition leak that could keep hidden media running in the background, which should help with performance during long sessions.
Foundry v13: Officially marked as verified/compatible.
How to Install
Since we are currently distributing updates via Patreon, please follow these steps to ensure a clean install:
