Hey everyone! :)

You've probably heard me talk about starting a Dungeons & Dragons game by now. But there's a personal reason this new game means so much to me, and it's also where the idea for my next module began.

For more than ten years, I've been running an Exalted campaign for my friends. Actually, much more than ten years. My daughter is ten now, and I started that game when my wife and I were still dating!

I don't know how many of you know Exalted, but it's an enormous, epic game. My players and I wanted to experience all of it.

With my background in cinema and my love for storytelling, I put everything I had into that campaign: the characters, the performances, the political intrigue, every scene, and a huge world for them to travel and discover.

That game is my masterpiece. It's the game of my life. And it isn't over! I know I'll come back to it, just as I have before.

But if I'm honest, it also took a lot out of me. I wanted to take a little break and try D&D, partly so I can better understand and support the game so many of you play, but also for my own sanity.

I still want those immersive stories and wonderful moments with my friends. I just want to make them a little easier to create.

That's what I've been thinking about while building this next module.

It's a tool for making hex maps, but I want it to be much more than a beautiful map. I want it to help me run a game.

I want to make a world that's quick and enjoyable to build, beautiful enough that I'm proud to show it to my players, and full of places they're excited to explore.

I want each hex to help me keep track of what belongs there: Foundry scenes and battle maps, Exalted Scenes, Narrator Jukebox tracks, SessionFlow panels, and whatever else I need close at hand as a GM, tucked away from my players.

And I keep imagining the players accepting a quest, looking at an unexplored part of the map, and seeing a little marker in the distance. They don't know exactly what's there yet, but they know there's a journey ahead.

That's the kind of feeling I want to create. A map that helps tell the story, with the rest of the W&W modules working alongside it.

We're also putting so much care into the world itself. Rivers that flow, waves breaking on the shore, forts, castles, and all sorts of little places and details to bring your map to life. I want you to have plenty of ways to create something beautiful, something that feels like your world.

This is a big, ambitious project, and I'm putting my heart into it. So I'm asking you for a little patience while I give it the time it needs. I want the result to surprise you, open up possibilities for your games, and find a special place at your table, even if you've never used a hex map before.

I'm really excited to show you more. Thank you for being here with me while I work on it <3

Wow! Will this be a reward for the W&W Adventurer tier, or just for the W&W Arcane Circle?

You have been reading my mind! I was looking at building a hexploration mod for FVTT myself. I will be interested to see what you create. ❤️❤️❤️

Adventurer, of course! This one will be part of the family, a new module for everyone!

I love pretty much whatever you do! It is just that my machine is an older one and slow, so the more mods I put on the more lag. And with Rolemaster Unified being such a slow system already, it really does show when I added additional heavy modules.

I will optimize everything in this one, pinky promise. Whatever I can do to make it easier for you to use it, i will!

I'd be REALLY interested if maybe (just maybe) it might also support point crawls/node crawls as well as hex crawls!
