Very enjoyable read! New plotline of the daughter out on the Frontier in a ‘safe’ place… where is ‘Neverland’ and what does that message mean… an actual ‘cliff’ forming beneath (some?) of our heroes just so that they could be falling at the end of the chapter into the depths… conspiracies and attacks from multiple (competing or cooperative) unknown factions…  so very much to unpack here! Nicely done!

This was another entertaining chapter, but I must ask why a portal was not open to the ship? I can see that you are up to something, but the idea was like a hurricane in my brain.

Simple. On Prodosia, when they made said portal, the people there have a reason to say nothing to anyone who stops by and asks about it. On Terra Nova, that's a luxury they do not have.
