I was surprised Ben's group wasn't mentioned in this chapter. That's a first since he is the main character.

I hope some of these groups meet up or finish and drop the side story. This tale is beginning to sprawl out!

That's the whole point! Painting a much larger picture that comes together in a beautiful masterpiece, where everyone who has been mentioned becomes part of something larger. Case in point, the MCU films all culminating into Avengers Endgame! Besides, rule #2 of the 5 rules of success goes as follows: Never ever think small, think big!!

My comment was not about the number of plot threads, I was just surprised that Ben's group was not mentioned in the last chapter. There was some interesting updates that did occur. Especially with the Merc group.

I agree CH, you should always think big! I am enjoying all the side stories, I just don't like that there just never seems to be enough of each story in each chapter. :) Possibly think along the same lines as Annabelle Hawthorne, if a really great side story comes along, which I think you have a few, have it branch to it's own short story before recombining into the main story. This way the main story will be less cluttered and I will have another story to read! It's a Win, Win, Win!!! You will just have to write more. :)

Well thank you! I appreciate the vote of confidence! I do plan to write more! I just need enough support in order to walk away from my pesky job so I can do just that! Doing what I can to make that happen, but it's an uphill battle a lot of the time and it's a tough go when I've been at this for over 5 years and I'm barely halfway there. Nothing for it but to plug away and get there the slow way, or hope a miracle to happen.

Well, with how well Sarai and the brothers have been getting along, this wasn't surprising but it was still pretty pleasant to see nonetheless. Also Samara's group definitely got involved in something unexpected.
