The endless skittering of insects rang out along with the sounds of heavy booted footfalls as Albert Wesker walked through the marble floored halls of Castle Dimitrescu. And he just grimaced at seeing one of the twisted wolven abominations bow lowly as it opened a large door for his entry.

His footfalls didn't stop even as he passed by other abominations, a trio of twisted sisters that crackled with the insects that made up their forms. A mutant with magnetic powers that he ignored despite some interest on his part.

He even ignored the so called 'Queen' of this castle. The oversized 'woman' wearing too much makeup in his view as he walked up to the only one in this forsaken land that actually mattered.

"Miranda... You owe Umbrella a debt as I recall." Albert spoke with a heavy drawl as he pulled down his glasses to glare with glowing slitted eyes at the so called 'apostle of the Black God.'

Mother Miranda merely chuckled as she laid a pale hand against her thin jaw as she said softly but her voice carried clear to all in the long hall this meeting was taking place in.

"A debt... A debt of knowledge gained was indeed incurred when your creator came once upon a time. But such a debt was cleared when his agents stole a piece of the Black God, and attempted to destroy it. The only reason I myself didn't destroy your creator and line was that you all-"

Mother Miranda leaned in with the shadows behind her cast by the many candles and soft lights in the meeting hall stretching as though terrible wings of rot and mold were behind her.

"After all... Your creator made me a new daughter who although astray, I woudn't want her to be against me even if she already is in the midst of teenage rebellion ufufu."

Albert's expression was flat as he said blandly. "Eveline want's to kill you, and devour your very self to take over the Megamycete to become a new mega hive mind of the Mold. Seems to be more then mere teenage rebellion to me."

To which Miranda chuckled and said in amuesment. "Ah you little clone, no matter your intelligance and computation ability. You, yourself have no idea the power of the Mold, myself and Eveline are immortal. I have lived for more than two hundred years and I haven't aged a day past the moment I ascended into this blessed form."

There was a moment of silence between the two biological abominations. One a fusion of Umbrella's peak science and billions of dollars in investments in genecrafting. On the other, a natural immortal abomination who without a single implant could tear through armies by hand.

The moment of silence was broken as the more stable mutants of Miranda in Karl Heisenburg spoke out as he casually slid the battery of what Albert recongized as a prototype VaultTech Tesla Canon that hummed dangerously.

"Debts, family drama, I am just curious... But what are you actually here for fancy man?" Karl said as he looked at Albert with his worn face with the Tesla Cannon aimed casually at Wesker's feet.

Albert considered his current position. Surrounded by other biologically crafted specimens and his own capabilities while also measuring the distance between himself and Karl.

And in that split moment of thought he also pinpointed how... Isolated Karl was in this organization.

So with an arrogant smirk Wesker flicked his shades at Karl and for the tinest of moments he had some suprise at seeing the shades floating in the air. But he was already in motion and he saw everyone shrink back in horror as he pulled out a curved dagger from behind his back.

Even Miranda hissed as she pulled back at the sight of the 'Dagger of Death's Flowers' which made Wesker chuckle as he flicked a finger nail against the dagger that had been soaked and forged in poison.

A special local poison made from a moss that grew over the local 'mold' which had restricted the Megamycete's growth and acted as a sort of natural predator.

And to all these people who were remade via the Megamycete's mold and derived products. This dagger was a one cut killing tool to these ageless immortals.

"Now... I hope that we can discuss things more, effectively. You are dealing with me Miranda, not your wayward spawn, nor my father." Albert Wesker said as he casually put on another pair of shades.

"Where... Did you get that dagger!?" The ruler of the house demanded in Alcina Dimitrescu hissing as she could feel it. The phantom ache of that blade that almost killed her once before.

And with a heartless chuckle Wesker said in amuesment. "You all may be content in lying here in a medieval castle with but bugs and twisted villagers too stupid to even pass a middle school exam. But the rest of the world has plenty of ways to find things that other's do not want to be found."

Then he looked back to Miranda and said forcefully. "Miranda, call it a debt being called in. Call it a threat via this dagger going into your so called god. But your little toys will be borrowed by me for a couple weeks. Maybe a couple months. I want assets not tied to my work to deal with a few tasks of mine."

Karl snorted in the background as he said flatly. "You do realize I can just shoot you from here right? And where do you get off trying to buy some of our lycans and other toys?"

Mother Miranda merely looked at Wesker and said rather bluntly. "You want Lycans and even Karl's augemented saldat's. Fine I coudn't care less. But you are leaving that dagger behind even if I have to destroy Umbrella myself."

There was a pause as Albert's cold face showed no emotion to the likewise threat before he rolled the dagger in hand before he said slowly. "You getting this dagger? I would be a fool to give it away so easily especially for some mere mindless monsters."

He then turned and looked towards Alcina and her daughters before he said blandly. "Those girls can turn into a swarm of insects and that giant is a good beat stick for what I have in mind. I will take those four as well as a number of those lesser toys. Then... I will leave the dagger in the hands of Eveline. What do you say?"

Wesker's voice became a cruel chuckle as he said with finality. "Will you trust your daughter with a toy that can kill you with but a single cut?"

And Mother Miranda... She finally lost that calm expression as the metal goblet in her hands filled with a rich wine quietly but audibly creaked as the metal was crushed under her superhuman strength.
