In Nicole's very wise words, which she herself lived by was simply the motto of 'Time is Money' and so spending a bit more money to save... ALOT of time was just part of the game.

Waifei Peninsula was off to the far west of the metropolitan area of New Eridu, and it was a mountainous region that bordered the ocean with a very rich cultural atmosphere in comparison to the bustling city of New Eridu's more down town area's.

"When I expected you to get us some property... I didn't expect you to get us the rights to a literal fucking mountain!" I cried out with exasperation as I threw my hands up in the air.

Nicole shamelessly coughed and said helplessly. "What could I say? That old codger just literally threw this entire property lot into my hands because a small hollow formed behind the mountain, which prevented him from making an apartment tower atop the mountain."

I stared at the rough looking mountain and actually grabbed Nicole and started shaking her with her large breasts bouncing almost distractingly enough to make me pause. But those milky torpedoes won't stop my anxiety now!

"Nicole! How the hell are we gonna get trucks up to the top where they made the build site using helicopters and just a mess of explosives!" I cried out in exasperation.

And I almost threw my great sword at Billy as he helpfully piped up. "Can't you just use some secret Thiren Blood Magic to create a transforming super elevator or something?"

"That's just way to arbritary!" I cried out in annoyance as I let go of Nicole and threw my hands up again.

But... A whole small mountain with a five hundred meter flat plateau at the top was a literally perfect place for me to make a factory for the Star Wars tech and other stuff I had in mind I had gotten from the Chaos Gatcha.

Plus, having all rights to a mountain and it's surrounding area would allow me to just mine up some minerals to then transform them with the transformation spell with my Alteration magic.

I drew a hand across my face as I said helplessly. "Ok... While it is a lot of good room, with the added bonus of people staying away because most people aren't stupid enough to just go climb a private mountain filled with laser turrets. Can WE even deal with that Hollow in the back, strength-wise and legally speaking?"

Nicole nodded hurriedly, clearly afraid of being turned back into a milkshake if I got my hands on her again. "Yup! The Hollow is too small for commercial development, especially in such a rural area. So just like in the Badlands, so long as someone isn't being stupid and making it expand, we can destroy it if we have the means!"

Then she coughed and said excitedly. "Plus! There is a known Void Hunter in the area in Yixuan the leader of Yunkei Summit. She doesn't belong to the government so maybe we can even buy her off if we need to!"

'Buy off Yixuan... With what? Dumplings?!' I thought helplessly before I paused as honestly. With my cooking perks, maybe there was a possibility in that.

Getting Ju Fufu to 'guard' our mountain with my cooking skills was actually not at all an issue. Hell, the more I thought about it, the more I realized that it was actually something that could be done easily!

"Actually... Now that you say it, we definetly can bribe a good half of the upper level of the Yunkui Disciples." I said with a wry smile as I imagined that big ass Panda Thiren, Panhua would also fall victim to my enhanced cooking skills.

Still I shook my head and cleared as I sighed before I gave the tiny inlet to where the start of the 'lot' started as it left the main highway that went between New Eridu and Waifei Peninsula an annoyed look.

"Fuck it... We gotta do this somehow." I said with exasperation before my eye's sharpened and I held up my hands.

And from the middle of my hand formed a swirling orb of darkness and ringed light. A pseudo-black hole's essence formed, and I called out. "Stay back, you guys... I am going to cut a path through the area so we can get some guys to at least lay out a gravel driveway or something."

-

"Nicole... Is Jake seriously using a black hole for competitive deforestation?" Billy asked rhetorically at seeing the swirling orb Jake was walking behind as trees and the top soil were ripped away and sucked into the black hole.

Nicole just stared at Jake's back before Anby said helpfully. "Nicole is busy wondering how much she can sell Jake off to some companies to have him suck up any industrial waste and trash."

Nicole flicked Anby on the side of the head making Anby grunt with a soft 'Oooh.' Leaving Anby before Nicole huffed and said pointedly.

"No! I am not selling my golden goose, you idiots! I was just thinking about what happens with all the dirt and tree's his ability is sucking up." Nicole finished while rolling her eyes.

And then Anby gave a small nod before she tilted her head to the side and asked. "Uhm Nicole... Have you called Belebog industries yet? We will need at least a camper or something before they can set down foundations and whatnot."

Nicole nodded before her face twitched and she said with a tired laugh. "Yeah... But to begin with, I didn't even really think Jake could clear the rough terrain so well. So they are going to be in for a suprise when they get here with those gravel trucks and other excavation equipment."

"Wait. If Jake is going to be busy desiging and possibly even building some kind of super factory... Will he even be able to help us on commissions or go out to eat with us?" Anby asked with a light frown.

"He will be dearly missed, I promise I will lay down flowers on his grave each year." Billy said solemnly.

Nicole let out a loud helpless sigh before pinching her nose and saying tiredly. "Jake is just going to be busy for now! And not to mention we ourselves aren't going to be just sitting around! We are going to be collecting some metal for Jake to transform and get what money we can make as well. As the Manager's have commissions for us."

Billy and Anby shared a look before Billy chuckled and said in realization. "Wait with how the Pheathons had to get new accounts... It's like they have to relevel their accounts all over again in order to get the same trust again haha!"
