How do you know my name (Patreon)

“Jeongguk.”
He calls.
It’s an empty club, he’s really early.
Jeongguk turns around, still handsome as ever, especially when he glares just for him. Something about his features sharpening when he’s angry gets Jimin’s fire going.
“Jeon Jeongguk, right?”
“How do you know my name?”
Jimin walks up to the bar, leans his elbows on the counter, rests his chin on his hand.
“I remembered.”
Jeongguk just gives him a deadpan stare, continues readying the bar.
Shit, he’s gonna have to up his game. He can’t leave tonight without taking him home. So he walks over to the side of the bar, tries to get Jeongguk’s attention.
“Look, I’m sorry about what happened. I mean, I get why you were upset, but we’re square now right?”
“Do you actually remember or are you just guessing?”
Jeongguk asks, turning his back to him.
Jimin eyes over it, mouth watering. He’s so fucking broad it’s insane.
“You asked me out, I told you no.”
Jeongguk turns around.
“That’s it? That’s all you remember?”
Oh..
Fuck, that wasn’t the whole thing?
“Well, that’s- that’s what happened right?”
Jeongguk groans and pinches the bridge of his nose.
“Why are you so fucking- forget it. Just leave.”
He gestures at the door, then resumes cleaning the other side of the bar.
Jimin bites his tongue, walks to the other side as well.
“Sorry, I don’t have the best memory. But I remember you asking me if we were gonna be together.”
Jeongguk looks up, clearly unimpressed.
“Do you remember the moment that led up to that? Or the moment after?”
Fuck, does it matter?
Just yesterday Jimin was being pressed against the wall, he’s pretty sure Jeongguk wants him. Besides, this is high school they’re talking about, who even cares?
Jeongguk waits, looks at him, from one eye to the other, and then sighs.
“You honestly haven’t changed.”
Jimin clicks his tongue.
“Why does it matter? I turned you down what? 12 years ago? Why are you holding a grudge over it when you clearly still want to fuck me.”
“That’s your whole problem. You think everyone wants you no matter how much of an asshole you are.”
“Well they do.” Jimin retorts, flicking some hair out of his face. “And so do you.”
Jeongguk huffs, but he doesn’t say anything, he just throws his cleaning cloth over his shoulder and walks somewhere to the back.
Jimin purses his lips, crosses his arms.
Why is Jeongguk so sour about this whole thing? It’s not like they’re together.
It occurs to him that Jeongguk isn’t coming back, and he’s not about to be left alone twice in a row. He curses under his breath and just walks around the bar, into the kitchen, where Jeongguk is just casually doing the dishes.
“Is it really that significant what I did? I mean it’s not like I want to date you, I just want to fuck.”
Jeongguk looks over his shoulder, his glare so sharp it almost cuts him.
“There’s a ton of other guys who’d love to fuck you, why don’t you go ask them and leave me the fuck alone?”
God, why is he being so difficult?
“Fine. Don’t say I didn’t give you a chance when you come begging for it.”
Jimin turns on his heel, tries to act all tough, but can’t fight the feeling of rejection when he walks out the club.
He’s never been turned down before, especially not by someone he turned down in the past. They’ve all leaped at a chance to have him.
What the fuck did he ever do to Jeongguk to make him this bitter?
He bites on the inside of his cheek.
Whatever. It’s his loss.
He’s just gonna find another guy with a big cock willing to fuck him to oblivion, and he’s gonna make sure to rub it in Jeongguk’s face.
