Hey all,

As much as I would've wanted to ship the build today, I've unfortunately encountered a few minor but annoying setbacks; the dreaded hardware issues are back...

I've had a bunch of unresolved hard crashes and had to handle a few tasks on the ol' laptop instead, which is just more painstakingly slow.

I also had to ponder with a bit of a narrative progression dilemma, as the last update ended in an open-ended sequence with multiple outcomes; I have to factor this in what will come next in the story and haven't quite made up my mind just yet.

The two (three, I guess) options would be:

  • Miss out on an entire scene if the player did not manage to convince Clem to attend the dance class

  • Have an alternate version of the dance class sequence not featuring Clem, which would of course be a bit more workload to implement though quite achievable

  • Remove the multiple outcomes of the convincing Clem sequence, and twist it in a way that she always attends the session

I might throw a consulting poll for that matter.

I know this update has been dragging for a while despite being content-complete for a long time, but the truth is getting back in the thick of it after the wedding has been quite a slower process than I would have expected. More on that and what's next in the upcoming retrospective!

Hope you guys will bear with me in this last stretch, I'm thankful as ever for the support. Stay tuned for the update post!

i dont remember if dance class route is just for Clem or with her friend too, if its just Clem then i would with option A but if there will be her friend too then i would pick B with a condition of, "if player is in her friend route too"
