You’re so right, a lot to take in! I imagine so, because Callum has been doing exposition up to this point during the traveling scenes in previous issues. This fighting setting is front and center now, but there are so many perspectives to explore - I’m looking forward to Diecide speaking with Losté’s AI! The one with experience all the way back before the All Mother took over

Hey William, yes there will be, there has already been a little character development for the Chantauri (Skiv) in issue 2 but there will be so much more to come. Yeah you’re right, seeing your home destroyed is extremely traumatic, Skiv hasn’t quite realised the gravity of the situation yet, it’s going to take a conversation with Losté to let that sink in, but they have each other for support. I have a scene planned for the second volume where this happens, it’s a bit GO GO GO in the story at the moment but it will slow down for moments like I mentioned. Also. thanks Gabriel 😁 yes that’s going to be a really interesting conversation to write for sure!
