Hey everyone, I’m going to start posting single pages again, because Cubirk (a loyal Patron) was saying that he’s having trouble with loading the collected issue 5 post. I think it’s probably something to do with the fact there’s so many high resolution images in one post, so the best way to get around that issue is to upload single images. Don’t worry though, those of you who enjoy the collected post format will still be able to view that with ease. I’m going to make it the pinned post, so that it’s easy to find. I’ll continue to update the collected post contemporaneously with posting single page posts.

I’m going to start on the next page but I doubt I’ll be able to get it finished before the weekend, so I hope you all have a good weekend and I’ll see you all on Monday with some fresh new Humanity Lost art!

Yeah. On the phone, when zooming in and trying to see different parts of the page - it would constantly slide to the previous page. It was pretty irritating.

Oh for sure! The All-Mother has a set of prime directives, but she has very cleverly worked in-between and around them.

i love how you managed to get the parts of the rifle and sniper suit to look like tech would look like while dropping hints of the future imperium into the aesthetic.

Richard that’s a great question mate, I’ll answer it briefly here but this will come up eventually in the comic itself. All-Mother was not properly tested, she was hastily let out of her cage because of the Human-Conglomerate war. This allowed her to sneakily infiltrate all layers of human society before going all-out Imperium take over. The Conglomerate outlawed singularity-capable AIs, so they have only capped dumb AIs known as simulated intelligences, but they’re deactivated after a certain number of years. The Kolaxans had issue with a malevolent AI earlier in their civilisational history, but they managed to nip it in the bud before it could get too far out of hand. They fought a short and bloody war with that AI, known as the machina conscientia insurrection. The Gord have a benevolent AI known as Gaia that never went out of control like the All-Mother, and instead aids them with the running of their vast empire. Without her, the Gord would never be able to go strategically toe-to-toe with the Imperium. The Conglomerate is not fond of Belfast, they do not trust him. Thankfully, the Galactic Union overrules the will of the Conglomerate. Deicide is their head and he sees the practical use of Belfast, he sees that he is a key node in this war.

It’s a good question and it’s honestly a slip up on my part. I could perhaps work some gloves in with an edit, but that’d be a lot of work, especially on the panel where he’s grabbing the picture. It’s simple things like that which seem to slip by me 🤦‍♂️

I just came back after a couple of days being gone, its absolutely hilarious how the sniper misses and losté is just worried bout' his drinke, its like a typical spongebob moment 🤣
